The hotel was rebuilt by the owner's parents. It is very warm and the reconstruction is very reasonable. The room is too small and the family seems particularly crowded. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, but there are many check-in requirements, there is no elevator, and it takes a lot of effort to carry large luggage to the third floor.

The decor is quite modern, though there's no fridge in the room. The service was exceptional; we were escorted to our room and given a thorough introduction to all the facilities. The SPA had an overpowering chlorine smell, but the pools themselves were good. The terrace boasts beautiful views, perfect for whiling away an afternoon. The family room offers excellent value for money, functioning essentially as a two-bedroom unit. It's conveniently located very close to the port.

The service was very kind, and the room was spotless. From the comfortable bedding to the open view, everything felt complete with nothing lacking. The breakfast was clean and well-prepared, and both the coffee and bread were excellent. Every piece of interior decor reflected the host’s attention to detail and care, making the entire space feel beautifully curated.

Although the location of the hotel is not close to the lake, it is between the town of Windermere and Bowness. It is basically a 10-15 minute walk to the lake to take a boat. The World of Peter Rabbit is the closest. The room is large and clean, and the bathroom is the largest among the hotels booked in the seven cities on this trip to the UK. The room is very warmly decorated, the cabinets are very large, and there are many hangers suitable for storing a lot of clothes. The boss's father is from Hong Kong. He chats with us every morning and recommends our travel routes. He is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also very rich, and the price is very reasonable during the peak summer season.

The feeling of an English country villa is very cozy. When traveling with a family, we thought that three people would squeeze into one bed, but when we came back, we found that the service staff had put up a folding bed. The service staff was very nice. If there was no service staff after 7pm, you could call if you needed anything, and enter and exit the hotel by yourself with the key. The attitude of the staff is also relatively good. The hotel is about 5 kilometers from the railway station and a taxi is 10 pounds; it is about 2 kilometers from the ambleside pier. You can also take a bus to these two towns, but the bus stop is five to six hundred meters away from the hotel, which is not particularly recommended. If you are not driving by yourself, it is better to take a taxi. If you are taking a taxi, it is best to call the front desk. It usually takes ten minutes. If you are in a hurry, it is best to advance. The toilet facilities are slightly outdated, but there is no major impact. The lake view room I stayed this time was quite spacious with a balcony. Overall, very satisfied!
