Great hotel, well maintained, good sized rooms in a fantastic location close to southbank/ Waterloo, a short walk to Southwark station. Great facilities, although we didn’t have time to use the pool or gym this time.
Beautiful boutique 5 star hotel, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Booked the Senior Classroom which was perfect for my niece and I staying at this fantastic find! When I opened the door to our hotel room my niece and I were so impressed with the room that we booked. It was my niece’s birthday and the lovely staff left a surprise chocolate birthday cake. The Senior Classroom was amazing, very elegant great bathroom/shower and super clean! The free mini bar (bottled soft drinks) and snacks was a nice touch & much welcomed.
Close to Tower Bridge, 10 minutes walk to Borough Market. Not far and also close proximity to the railway/tube and an abundance of fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars.
We will definitely highly recommend The Lalit and stay here again.
My husband and I are returning guests to the Chelsea Harbour Hotel. We have an apartment at Chelsea Harbour so other than the hotel is in a quite yet central location, it is perfect for us to check out our apartment. On the whole the en-suite is comfortable as always and we love going to the bar for drinks in the evening and the food never disappoint.
This is a hotel I like very much. The breakfast is very rich and there is salmon. One day, the breakfast was ordered and there was also Benny eggs. The room was very clean and the service was very warm ❤️
The location of the hotel is great for Heathrow T5 travellers. The staff were quite professional and friendly. One of the few hotels that offer room service as well as trolley services to move your luggage. The room was quite clean and comfy, though amenities were dated. The bathroom especially was not the best in terms of cleanliness. The amenities including the floor tiling were quite basic and dirty. The bath shower was very short, which meant you had to bend down or sit to use - couldn't sit because the bath was not as clean. Used the second standing bath but water easily leaked out to the bathroom tiles because the door was not closing properly - and talking about the water... It was quite terrible (usual London hard water). I had hoped that as a premium luxury hotel, they would have at least treated or had a water softener, but nope. Food, while expensive was not anything out of the ordinary. WiFi was super fast, thankfully and complimentary. Still, overall, compared to other hotels in the UK on the same level (cost wise), I'll give this a 7-8/10.

My mother and I stayed in the Curve Suite, and the experience was exceptional. The service and facilities in the room were incredible—everything was spotlessly clean, and any issues or needs were addressed within minutes. The room itself was spacious with stunning views, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable.
The Executive Lounge was also outstanding, offering breathtaking views and a fantastic selection of snacks and drinks, which were constantly replenished by the attentive staff. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be that the lounge could be a bit larger to accommodate everyone more comfortably, as there was occasionally a slight wait during peak hours to find a seat. However, this minor detail did not detract from the overall exceptional experience.
I would especially highlight the service at the Buffet and the Front Desk; both were highly responsive, attentive, and hospitable. A special thanks to Fanny, the Assistant Front Office Manager, for making our celebration so special and enjoyable with her outstanding support and care.
The room is very small and the elevator is very slow. It is said that the owner is Chinese? But whether it is true or not, I always feel that the waiters are very snobbish. But the level of people is there, it is hard to say anything. Some front desks are very good, and some are just for show. Breakfast is perfunctory. UU should be cautious. I bought a room ticket on Ctrip and it was even discounted. Ctrip refunded some of the difference. To be honest, this hotel does not need to cooperate. It has no sincerity. The price itself is not high, but it is still very expensive to promote.
We booked this hotel mainly for using the spa facilities, but I’ve been kicked out from the pool area in the first day we arrived, they close the pool due to someone making 💩 in the pool. The staff was not helpful at all. We tried to get an entry for a different day to use the pool but they didn't want to give us another entry. I went to reception few times to ask them about the issues, but everyone was passing the responsibility to someone else!
Absolutely fantastic hotel. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Our check-in experience was quick and easy and Tyrone was brilliant. He ensured we knew everything we needed to know for our stay and made it a really positive experience for us. The staff were all very friendly and overall I would definitely stay here again.

Elegant, upscale, and very well-located hotel. Only 1-2 minute walk from Paddington station and Hyde Park. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. 24hr concierge was very helpful for late check-in. Would highly recommend!

GGuest UserWe visited London from Yorkshire to catch a few shows and enjoy a short stay in a quality hotel for 2 nights. It’s was a lovely hotel, very welcoming, reasonable in price in relation to the quality of the hotel.
GGuest UserThe location is absolutely superb. It's directly opposite Hyde Park, and a short stroll through the park takes you to Knightsbridge and Harrods. The hotel is very close to the Jubilee Line (grey line), and several bus lines stop right outside, offering convenient routes to Victoria Station, from where you can catch a direct train to Gatwick Airport. The Ritz Hotel, renowned for having one of London's finest afternoon teas, is just a 7-8 minute walk away, perfect for a treat. Oxford Street and Regent Street are also easily accessible for shopping. Many guests are from the Middle East, and the hotel even offers a dedicated Middle Eastern menu, with room service orders delivered promptly. Overall, it's a very safe and central location. Initially, we were assigned a less desirable corner room, but the issue was promptly and effectively resolved with the assistance of our Trip.com concierge.
RRichardDThe Ned is an excellent hotel in central London. A big eating area in the same building as the hotel. Very nice spa and gym. Rooms a bit small but nice and quiet.
Ddd_The location is very convenient. It's a popular check-in spot. The room is relatively large in London. The hotel's toiletries are good. I also bought some at the mall. But the room is messy. The waiter doesn't fold the clothes... Usually they will fold them.
LLexinotlexieI recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience was great, especially Melissa and Angie at the front desk who made me feel at home with their professionalism and hospitality.
On the day of my arrival, I arrived late to the hotel, but Angie, the front desk clerk, still smiling, quickly helped me check in and patiently explained the hotel facilities to me. On the third day of my stay, Melissa, the front desk staff, patiently assisted me with the renewal procedures and kindly gave me an umbrella. Although the hotel was very busy at that time, I admired her affinity.
They maintained a high level of professionalism throughout their stay, from answering my questions to helping with restaurant reservations and transportation, and were meticulous, reflecting the excellent service standards of a five-star hotel. Of course, the location of the hotel is really good, the comfort of the room is also very good, every night I have a better sleep, especially the sound insulation, which makes me very comfortable.
My heartfelt thanks to the Langham Hotel, especially the wonderful staff at the front desk, for making my trip even more perfect. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to other travelers! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

CCheuk KiA very stylish hotel, nice staff, but some points to note:
They almost charge me TWICE when I have prepaid online already, they charged again and said will refund to me while others hotels didn’t come across such issue. Hope the refund will be processed asap and other than this. The room is good. Oh one more thing the cafe inside is very decorative but I waited the food for an hour then the manager told me that the kitchen crew got some problems and the whole team left and finally I didn’t have any food at all for my dinner and just a piece of cookies for giveaway , again the hotel is very decorative but the above two incidents made my trip more memorable:)
