Stayed twice in a short period of time
Advantages:
- Central location
- Large and comfortable room, air conditioning and heating are very useful, flowers, fruits, chocolates and juice are provided
- My companions had difficulty walking for a few days, and the hotel also prepared a gift box with muscle relief cream, snacks and poker (?)
- Friendly concierge service
- Generally quiet at night, only one night I heard loud music from the street downstairs
Can be improved:
- Breakfast service standards are not very standardized: sometimes you have to wait for a few minutes before someone takes you to your seat, sometimes butter and jam are provided, sometimes not, and sometimes only provided when requested; the staff can't remember the room number
- The room service mistakenly took our own tableware as hotel tableware and took it back, and called the next day to find it back
- Two times, one of the dial phones in the room was not working, one was not connected, and the other could not make calls
- The magnetic door of the bedroom makes a loud noise when opening and closing at night, and it is better to add a buffer sound insulation *****
- The laundry service is also relatively slow, and it is not returned the next day. It was returned after communicating with the front desk
- The bathroom is a little cold after taking a shower
- Some of the decorative paintings in one of the rooms are a little creepy
The room is very big, the view is great, the service is homely, and it meets all my requirements. The location is super convenient, and Harrods is just a short walk away. I will stay here again next time.
We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view. The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. The hotel is very good. The room is upgraded for free, but there are additional service charges. It is best to inform the guest in advance. Of course, you can check out after communication. The hotel has a special car to pick you up (there is no charge for the car, but you should tip the driver who is very good). Stayed for five consecutive nights. Good feelings are not cheap

The location is very good, the environment and facilities are very good, hygienic and clean, the room display is very comfortable, the facilities and equipment are complete and very high-end. The service was very good and the breakfast was great! Tang Dynasty gorgeous British style. Very good experience recommended.
This is my second trip to the UK, and my second time staying at the Hilton Riverside Hotel. As always, I was completely satisfied and happy to give it another glowing review.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest Southwark tube station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.
It's also only 5 minutes from the River Thames, which was perfect for a pleasant morning jog.
This time, I even booked two rooms for my friends, and they were extremely satisfied as well!

The room is big and view to the Tower of Londen is good on high floors. There are coffee machine, microwave, stove and washing machine inside the room, good enough for a few days stay. Location is very close to the metro station, and is convenient to take the circle line metro to many other places.
First day arrival at the hotel was a bit dusty and stains on the floors, but they cleaned up the day after.
Even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free hotel, there’s a strong smoking smell inside the room, and couldn’t get rid of the smell even we opened up the window, the smell remained even after our 5-nights stay.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's located near Paddington Station, making transportation extremely convenient. The room was quiet, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The service was warm and thoughtful. It was a very good experience and I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed for 7 days, we came quite late the day of arrival. We asked for a late check-out of 2-3 hours, given our flight time in late afternoon, for like 3 times with instant rejection stating that the hotel is full, which is not the case at all when you see the amount of ppl staying there.
The blonde haired lady at the reception have not even bothered to accommodate our request and kept on doing whatever she is doing. At least you can pretend to do your best similar to high-end hotel personnel in other hotels in London.
In that sense it is overpriced for the service received, and the condition of the rooms, although the overall facilities are good at the hotel.
I do not think we would choose this hotel again, not worth it at all and better located hotels are available in central London for similar price points.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. Everything felt brand new and very quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. The bathroom was luxurious with a rain shower, large soaking tub, and double vanity. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details like blackout curtains and Molton Brown amenities.

GGuest UserThe location is absolutely superb. It's directly opposite Hyde Park, and a short stroll through the park takes you to Knightsbridge and Harrods. The hotel is very close to the Jubilee Line (grey line), and several bus lines stop right outside, offering convenient routes to Victoria Station, from where you can catch a direct train to Gatwick Airport. The Ritz Hotel, renowned for having one of London's finest afternoon teas, is just a 7-8 minute walk away, perfect for a treat. Oxford Street and Regent Street are also easily accessible for shopping. Many guests are from the Middle East, and the hotel even offers a dedicated Middle Eastern menu, with room service orders delivered promptly. Overall, it's a very safe and central location. Initially, we were assigned a less desirable corner room, but the issue was promptly and effectively resolved with the assistance of our Trip.com concierge.
RRichardDThe Ned is an excellent hotel in central London. A big eating area in the same building as the hotel. Very nice spa and gym. Rooms a bit small but nice and quiet.
CChituxiaoyangThe best Marriott in London, the room card is very cute, I said I like 🐑 and 🐱, and the front desk specially found it for me. I feel very comfortable staying with Marriott Platinum. If you are not a member, I recommend booking a room with a lounge, where you can see Big Ben.
LLexinotlexieI recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience was great, especially Melissa and Angie at the front desk who made me feel at home with their professionalism and hospitality.
On the day of my arrival, I arrived late to the hotel, but Angie, the front desk clerk, still smiling, quickly helped me check in and patiently explained the hotel facilities to me. On the third day of my stay, Melissa, the front desk staff, patiently assisted me with the renewal procedures and kindly gave me an umbrella. Although the hotel was very busy at that time, I admired her affinity.
They maintained a high level of professionalism throughout their stay, from answering my questions to helping with restaurant reservations and transportation, and were meticulous, reflecting the excellent service standards of a five-star hotel. Of course, the location of the hotel is really good, the comfort of the room is also very good, every night I have a better sleep, especially the sound insulation, which makes me very comfortable.
My heartfelt thanks to the Langham Hotel, especially the wonderful staff at the front desk, for making my trip even more perfect. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to other travelers! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
GGuest UserThe room is very small and the elevator is very slow. It is said that the owner is Chinese? But whether it is true or not, I always feel that the waiters are very snobbish. But the level of people is there, it is hard to say anything. Some front desks are very good, and some are just for show. Breakfast is perfunctory. UU should be cautious. I bought a room ticket on Ctrip and it was even discounted. Ctrip refunded some of the difference. To be honest, this hotel does not need to cooperate. It has no sincerity. The price itself is not high, but it is still very expensive to promote.
GGuest UserWhat a stunning Hotel. Extremely classy and a pleasure to stay at a hotel that is not only in an amazing location but beautifully presented. Sparklingly brand new looking decor.
MM14957****The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. It's especially nice that the Thames River is just a short walk away, where you can enjoy the breeze, see Tower Bridge, and try various snacks – very pleasant. I booked a single room for my son, and for London, the size was quite decent, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is à la carte, and I really enjoyed the Indian breakfast.
SSaeeddThe two room I booked for 9 nights (23/10-1/11) stated that its size is 29 square meters, but the one i got was 23 tops and i need extra seating area for my friends there because i stayed before in the hotel and the room had a couch !!! Referring that issue to reception member (Vishua) she said that the room category i booked comes with that size and no more rooms from that category with larger size available unless I upgrade for £120 per night per room to be paid. After few days, another reception member (Tom) confirmed for me that at least one bigger room will be allocated for me by Thursday. On that day afternoon, I came to the reception and the same reception member (Vishua) repeated the same reply from day one saying there was no message from her colleague (Tom) in the system and sent a written message for me if i want an upgrade with £120 per night. I wrote a review in Google and they replied that we allocated a room for you but since my luggage was unpacked we assumed that you are happy with your room. Well I am not happy because you are contradicting yourselves and it was not a miscommunication rather trying to get extra charges on your guests. Bottom line i did not get the space i paid for nor a solution to the issue. To be fair, Special thanks to Fatima the house keeping member she was so dedicated and a happiness in this horrible situation.
GGuest UserDisappointed with the food
While Ramsey grill served an excellent a bennet soufflé the Beef Wellington was extremely average with a paste for what should have been a mushroom mixture
No Kippers on the breakfast menu a quintessential English breakfast was a disappointment too
Staff excellent especially the door men who are now celebrities and rightly so
RRose FrainHonestly just the best stay! We were only there for 2 days and although the room was relatively compact, it had everything we needed and even more in some cases!
As someone who is vegan, I often find it a little more difficult staying away when it comes to breakfast options of even something as simply as non dairy milk for my tea/coffee in the room but Inhabit HAD it!
I love the whole ethos of this place and the food for breakfast was immaculate with really lovely staff who have suggestions on the best menu items!
There was a diffuser in the room which was wonderful, it was very quiet and pitch black at night which was wonderful for sleeping. We also had a smart tv which was really nice to be able to connect to in our down time.
We used the sauna on one of the days we stopped over too and that was incredible - left feeling like a new person :)
Very easy to get to as well with Lancaster Gate and Paddington tube stations nearby - definitely would stay again! X
