You get what you paid. Great location and helpful cleaner. The accommodation was exactly as described — nothing fancy, but it offered great value for the price. The location is incredibly convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around really easy. The cleaner was friendly and attentive, keeping the place neat throughout our stay. Basic amenities were provided, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The room is clean, the room size is just right, there is a large glass window, you can see the view. It is next to the CHENGZHAN station red line (line1) and blue lines (line5) , very convenient to travel. Walk a little further and you will reach the JIANGCHENG station purple line (line7), you can go to the walking street at night. The towels are disposable, the wifi is not strong.

Compared to other hotels, the bar was a pleasant bonus, but the real game-changer for me was the washing machine with a dryer. For someone like me who changes clothes frequently, it's an absolute lifesaver! My biggest worry when traveling is always the hassle of laundry, especially clothes not drying properly. This single machine completely eliminated all those concerns – no need to air-dry, and my clothes were ready to wear by the very next morning. The hotel's ambiance was lovely, and our room was meticulously cleaned every day. Another huge plus was the parcel locker and Cainiao Post station located downstairs, which means you never have to fret about receiving deliveries if you order something online during your stay. Overall, highly satisfied! 👌

It is a nice place to stay, quadruple room has bathroom inside, which I prefer, because you only share with 4 people and don’t need to go through bright lights in the middle of the night to use toilet. Bed was cosy and comfortable, with everything you need inside, even towel hanger. Curtains really block light. Location is good, with metro and train station right around the corner, and you can easily rent bikes nearby with Alipay. Good convenience store downstairs. The only thing is that chinese girls are really messy with sinks and after one single use the place is a complete mess, as you can see on photos - it’s actually impossible for cleaning stuff to keep the place clean all the time if the guests don’t cooperate a little, but they just don’t care. The bathroom also has glass walls which don’t block view completely, so you can see the person’s silhouette sitting on toilet, which I find uncomfortable. But we were only in 2 in the room, so luckily not really bad. The common area is dark and not really comfortable to stay, smell a bit, but staff is nice and helpful (but no English), the offer space to storage luggage if you need. There’s water and tables to eat, and a big screen always with something going on (i had to dine with a disturbing movie going on, but I think it was just bad luck). It is a good place in general, i would recommend.

Good location convenient to market and services and breakfast all are good , Toilet and wash basin squeezed too much...it's ok

The location - it's center of the old street. Great for tourist. Walking distance to the famous morning Market. The hotel is tucked at a corner of an alleyway. We arrived midnight and the whole street was dark. The room is nice but strangely, the maintenance was bad. The exhaust fan was dangling like it was going to fall anytime. The rain shower heD was leaking. I had to screw it tight myself. The staircase going to the bed was scary. If you are w old people, pls don't book those with 2 floors. It was steep, narrow and the handrail was wobbly. If you trip or anything, most probably the handrail will collapse. The bedsheets have some human hair sticking on it. And entering the room, there's some dust ball flying around. Not sure it was some grass seed/pollen (spring time) or just not being cleaned properly. It was only 1 night for us and didn't really bother about all these.

A very cute and cozy inn near Westlake. Perfect location for exploring the area. Lots eateries and restaurants in the vicinity. Very nice and friendly staff. Staff even let me use her phone charger. And refunded back my first day booking that I didnt use.

The hotel is located in the core business district of the city, with convenient transportation and a view of the dazzling night view from the window. The guest rooms are simple and elegant, equipped with smart toilets, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and comfortable bedding, and the quality is reflected in the details. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Welcome fruit is given at check-in, and room service can respond quickly when calling late at night. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western meals are cooked and served, and the coffee tastes mellow. The gym equipment is brand new, the swimming pool water is clear, and the overall environment is quiet and private. I also received a handwritten thank-you card when I checked out, which made me feel warm. Although the price of 1,200 yuan/night is not low, it is worth the money and worth recommending.

The price is a bit expensive. The facilities are not as complete as those of the hotel. The supplies are a bit lacking in details. It is still convenient to eat and supermarket. I didn't take pictures in the room
