I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money.
My ratings:
Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10
Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently)
Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis)
Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced)
View & Hotel Location: 5/10
I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.
This was my second time staying at this hotel, and honestly, it's the best all-around hotel I've experienced in Puncak. Everything from the facilities and the breakfast buffet to the hotel's adjacent garden and the available games was excellent. A definite 10/10!
Staying at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung was an unforgettable experience! đ
Elegant rooms with stunning city views, exceptional service, and delicious breakfast options. The pool and direct access to Trans Studio Mall make it perfect for families. Truly a 5-star comfort in the heart of Bandung! đ
Nice hotel and service is excellent from staff across of all duties. Being a tourist, I have to grapple with language and system differences, counter staff Mr Kukup and a young female counter staff Ms Nuansa (sorry if I get the name wrong) went out of their ways to help. I really appreciate that and they all gave Bandung warmth and hospitality. Thank you again.
I was too engrossed with the beautiful sceneries to take photos of the hotel and staff and these attached are Kawah Putih and the tea garden. Hope it would inspire more people to travel here and stay in this excellent hotel.
Love the design and ambience of the hotel. Truly modern and exquisite vibes. The beds is comfy. Pillows isnât the best. They provided some mini bottled snacks which was cute. However the sofa has some visible stains. Love that the vanity mirror is available in the large bathrooms. Breakfast is delicious and pretty good selection. The Hotel is not crowded hence we were able to enjoy peaceful and comfortable breakfast.. Location is great as well. If u love taking photos, very instaworthy.
Good experience but not fond of their hair dryer and electric kettle, dont know what brand they are but too hot on their surrounding metal cover it might burn your hand. The hair dryer is too hot for my hair as well. Oh and yeah the parking lot is kinda packed...we arrived early and its almost full. Everything else are good.
The location of the hotel is near to tourist spot which is Braga Street. The room so spacious and i got connected room as per request. The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. Will choose this hotel if we come again.
The facilities were surprisingly comprehensive, exceeding our expectations. We had hoped for a fully renovated room, but according to the hotel staff, only a few have been updated so far. Welcome drinks were available upon request. Both of the two rooms we booked were classic rooms (not yet renovated). The rooms were quite spacious with a nice garden view and a large TV. However, the furniture was dated, the top layer of plywood on the door was torn, and the parquet floor was uneven. While the bedsheets and bedcovers were clean, some had small holes. We were only provided with two bath towels and one bath mat, with no face towels. Breakfast was very satisfying, with a great view from the restaurant and a varied, delicious selection of food. Our child was allowed to play football on the lawn, and the pool, though small, had an exotic charm. Overall, it was a good stay, especially since all the staff were very friendly and helpful. If the hotel undergoes a full renovation, we would definitely love to stay here again.
As premium Hotel, it's organised clean and very good location.
Farther more has very beautiful green mountains around, high quality of services and facilities. Clean tidy Room and very cozy bed. Good breakfast has wide variety for options and tastes.

HHartosoWe had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to one of the villas, which came with a private jacuzzi. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The added bonus of the jacuzzi made our experience even more relaxing and memorable. Truly appreciated the excellent service and thoughtful gestureâhighly recommended!

The pool esp kids pool is okay and the warmth is enough eventhough a bit warmer will be best đđ»
Location is very good since close to both Lembang or downtown area.
The only need improvement is need bigger signage for entrace especially at night so its easier to see the gate.

LLidwin SaputraGreat staycation with my family
Short escape from Bandung to this hotel, we requested early check in and shower chair for my parent who has to use wheelchair
The receptionist gave us 1 of 2 room ready and the other one was ready in the next 15 minutes, what a quick response that she gave to us. The room is nearby the lift and the pool, so after short rest we continue explore the garden and the pool
The breakfast was fabulous, so many menu from local, western and healthy.
The picture was taken from the balcony of our room.
