The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll.
One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay.

QlobThe only positive aspect of this hotel is the view. Swimming in the sea is not advisable unless you have a very strong immune system, as the city's sewage is discharged just 100 meters away.
Most staff, except for the friendly front desk team and the two Black ladies at breakfast who were very lovely, were extremely rude. Interactions often felt tense and could escalate for no reason.
Asking questions or making reasonable comments was met with hostility. For instance, we asked about guests reserving pool chairs at 9 a.m. and not using them until the afternoon, which happened frequently. The pool waiter rudely stated that guests can ”do whatever they want” and refused to address the issue. How is this even acceptable at a place where the number of seats is very limited? Every luxury hotel has a policy against such practice...
As others have mentioned, staff treat guests inconsistently. We followed a couple into the restaurant who was warmly greeted by the manager, but when we passed by and said hello, we received only a cold stare without a smile. The staff's behavior falls far short of 5-star hotel standards.

I liked the clean pool and the beautiful view of the mountains and the bay. The rooms themselves were decent. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and assisted me in ordering a taxi for the morning. However, I couldn't get in touch with the hotel through Trip.com or WhatsApp.
What I didn't like was the complete lack of utensils and dishes in the apartment-style room. Upon request, they provided cutlery and plates, but there was only one deep dish.
Also, the soundproofing in the rooms was non-existent. People were watching football near the reception all night and shouting loudly.
The location is far from the city, with only a small shop nearby and nothing else. You'll have to take a taxi everywhere, which costs a minimum of €15 in Tivat.
The restaurant prices are reasonable by local standards, but I wouldn't recommend ordering anything more complex than a salad and grilled chicken.
