Tattered conditions. What i can’t understand is that even a badly rundown ironing board was provided in my room. Is that so difficult to replace it with a new or at least an intact one?

The staff is very good, but the rooms have many details, the access card and light contacts are not always working, the electronics are very old and makes the room look very careless.
