5-Star Hotels in Mazovia, Poland

Our experience of the hotel was very good. At the beginning we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful doorkeeper. The staff at reception were also helpful and professional. The room was comfortable and large. Gym, sauna pool very pleasant. The only remark is: to review the equipment I mean broken water dispenser at the sauna etc. And also the sauna at 8 30 was not warmed up.

The first time I came to Warsaw, the hotel is next to Hermes. It is very clean, but getting into the room is a bit tortuous. If I have the opportunity, I will choose to stay for a few more days. This trip is relatively fast

Great hotel as expected from the Raddison brand. The beds were comfortably soft and the room service was delicious as well. I would say the location was good if you want to visit the nightlife and historical sights in Warsaw.

I dragged my suitcase and luggage for a long way on the stone road and got to the room by myself. 2. There was only one person at the front desk, and the service attitude was average. When I met the hotel staff at night, I didn't say hello. 3. The elevator of the hotel is extremely shabby, not even as good as the elevator of a 2-star express hotel. 4. The public area of ​​the hotel is simple and the gym facilities are very few. 5. I pressed the light to clean the room, but no one cleaned it. 6. The shower head cannot be moved to a higher height. 7. There are very few breakfast categories. 8. The so-called double bed room is two single beds put together, which is very uncomfortable and not comfortable at all. The only advantage is that the location is not bad, but Warsaw itself is not big, and there are many hotels with good locations. I don't know how this hotel is marketed. It shouldn't even be counted as a five-star hotel. It is strongly not recommended.

The hotel in the old town is especially suitable for City Walk. The location is excellent so the price is not cheap, but the service is thoughtful. Although the buffet breakfast is a bit expensive, it is also worth a try.

I booked the hotel after reading the online reviews. The breakfast was rich, the service was good, the hotel is located in the new city area, convenient for walking or taking the subway, and the Science and Culture Palace is within easy walking distance. However, the glue on the handle of the shower faucet was sticky when I was taking a shower. I don't know why.
