5-Star Hotels in Nevada, United States

The rooms have been renovated, so they are very new. The view from the Sphere View room is fantastic, offering an immersive experience of the Sphere. However, there were too many people, and check-in took a bit long.

I want to start by saying, objectively, the hotel is beautiful, and the facilities are quite good, with excellent water pressure. However, I never expected to encounter all the bad things mentioned online. First, in the initial room, the floor was covered in cookie crumbs, the tabletop had used marks, and there was poop on the toilet. This clearly indicated the room hadn't been cleaned, only the bed had been made. The mini-bar was also incomplete (we only realized this after comparing it with a later room). So, don't assume a room is clean just because you don't immediately see issues; it might just be that the previous guest was clean, and your bedding was only folded. We then requested a room change. The front desk made us wait in the hallway with our luggage for 20 minutes, with no one offering assistance. The second room they gave us wasn't a Sphere-view room, even though I had specifically booked and paid extra at the front desk for a Sphere-view room upgrade. I refused to wait another 20 minutes in the hallway. They then gave us a third room, and I thought the problems were over. But that night, when I went to shower, I noticed the towels were yellow in spots! I don't know if I'm just unlucky or if this is a widespread issue. I complained to Trip.com, and they told me to go back to the front desk. When I did, the staff's attitude was very arrogant. The female manager even told me to 'move along.' No matter how new a hotel is, if the service and staff are poor, it's useless. On the last day, I hadn't even woken up when the cleaning staff knocked three times. Before I could even react, they used their card to enter. They then saw I was still sleeping and just left.

We were given a room with good view of the Stripe. even the fountain display at Bellagio Hotel. The room is very spacious and quiet with a pantry. Utensils need to be requested for usage. Bottles of water could be collected from the reception. A free tram runs from Vdara/Cosmopolitan to Park MGM. With the absence of in-house casino, the hotel is chaos- free and peaceful though casinos can easily be accessed through the connected walk ways/tunnels to nearby hotels.

The hotel is located about ten minutes' drive from the center of Las Vegas, which is more convenient. It has all the facilities and equipment that a downtown hotel should have. Hotels in the city center have to wait in line for a long time to check in, and many times they can't get a room until three o'clock in the afternoon and have to wait for text message notifications. The environment here is very beautiful. Our room faces the outdoor swimming pool. Looking at the scenery outside through the bright windows, I feel happy and relaxed in the fatigue of the journey. I ordered a midnight snack at night, and the waiter actually sent a table directly in. It's so thoughtful👍👍😁😁

Housekeeping did not clean the room for the first 3 days despite us requesting day 2 and day 3. We completely ran out of soap & towels after 2 days but we had to complain to guest services as housekeeping failed to attend.  We  did get a delivery of towels and soap after we complained but the room should have been made up as requested on 2 previous days. The bedside and stand lights have very old fashioned turn switches that are very difficult  to actually turn on and off.  There was no fridge in the room only the minibar which was crammed full so that you could not remove anything to create space from without being charged There was an ice machine in the corridor but no water dispenser In the lobby bar and others even when we ordered  drinks for our party of 8 which was 2 or 3 rounds costing over $500 the bar staff would not allow us to have a glass of tap water!  We were expected to pay $8 for a small bottle.  This was not the case at other outside venues such as the Venetian.    There were lots of little things that have changed since wee last stayed there like making the gambling odds more in favour of the house on blackjack and roulette but it was the overall feeling that the hotel was constantly nickel and dimeing us which is not good for a 5 star establishment.

This is definitely a new hotel. The room was neat, clean, and very spacious. It didn't feel like a standard room at all; it seemed to be an upgraded one across the board. Encore Wynn should be one hotel; I booked Encore, but was given a room in the Wynn tower, which was perfect for going downstairs to watch the Awakening show – super convenient. They even allowed late parking until 6 PM after check-out, which was a very thoughtful touch!

The hotel is spacious, and full of character. The rooms are also very large, making it an excellent choice. One of the biggest advantages is that you can walk directly from the hotel to Sphere through the indoor walkway（bridge） in the evening. Since Las Vegas gets extremely hot, being able to avoid the outdoor heat is a huge plus. Charging an electric vehicle in the P1 parking garage is very convenient. Other than the hotel restaurants, which weren’t really to my taste, the hotel offers excellent value for money. Overall, it’s a very thoughtfully designed and guest-friendly hotel.

Check in and check out were very easy! Front desk staff who assisted us was very helpful and kind. She was so patient when I had problems with my international credit card. Buffet at the wicked spoon was so nice too! Worth the stay!!!! We got the fountain view room too!

The Bellagio Hotel & Casino remains one of the most iconic, elegant, and sophisticated 5-star destinations on the Las Vegas Strip. It perfectly balances old-school European luxury with high-energy casino life. However, it comes with premium pricing and immense crowds that can sometimes detract from the luxury service experience.

Horrible hotel with extremely poor service and unfair hidden charges! First off, I never take or ate anything from the minibar fridge in my room at all, but the hotel still illegally added minibar fees to my checkout bill. The lobby was packed with guests when I checked out, and I refused to waste hours waiting in line to dispute this false charge. I left my valid email for follow-up, yet the hotel has not fixed this unfair billing error. To make things worse, my room lost power for an entire full day. I reached out to the front desk many times to report the outage, but no staff helped resolve the power issue at all. No compensation, no temporary solutions, just total neglect. The whole stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. I will never choose this hotel again and would strongly warn all travelers to avoid booking here.
