Staff was very courteous. However, one day we had hot water issues. Difficult to take shower.

The hotel has kitchen facilities for cooking. The location is similar to the new district. Received a parking fee of $20. The room is still relatively large, the bathroom is large, and the supermarket restaurant next to it is very close.

Super endroit et service exceptionnel à la réception Amal était très sympathique et accueil très chaleureux. Chambre tout à fait agréable et tranquille et salle de bain impeccable. Déjeuner top Merci à la charmante dame et mari pour le bon service le matin.

L'hotel est bien situé, plusieurs commerces autour ou on peut se rendre à pied, un grand stationnement est gratuit incluant un stationnement pour les VR à l'arrière. Le check in a été un peu long mais la dame était très gentille. Les chambres sont immenses, autant sur la longueur que sur la hauteur. Le lit très confortable, les oreillers aussi. Nous avions un réfrigérateur, un espace bar, une machine a café keurig. La douche immense, les produits pour le corps semblent de bonne qualité, la douche avait du jet. Nous étions près des ascenseur mais nous n'avons jamais entendu de bruits extérieurs à la chambre. La piscine est clairement bien entretenue, il y a un grand bain à tourbillon très confortable. Puis finalement il y a un passage intérieur vers le casino, surement bien pratique en hiver

Hotel hardware facilities and software facilities are very good, but go out to eat and drive, the map looks very close to the oldest market in North America but walks for at least 20 minutes. We went to St. John to see the counter current waterfall, so the early rising tide and the afternoon low tide drove out to see this spectacle, quite magical and shocking. It is very convenient to drive to this hotel, the parking lot is large enough and free.

Room was basic and clean. Good for one night stay. Front office staff were 3/5 at best. They didn’t really seem to want to be there.

We enjoyed our night. The breakfast was great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We did not use the pool but will definitely return with the kids. The room was clean

Our family of 2 adults and 3 children (ages 5, 7 and 9) were seeking a 1 night stay in the area during our roadtrip and the one request was a waterslide! Seemed like this hotel was one of the only in the area to offer this at an indoor pool. This is one of the good waterslides too! Not the kind that doesn't have enough water to push you down. These kids like to go fast and the landing ends in a long flat part of the slide and not directly into a pool. Lots of tables and chairs around where I can work off my laptop and watch them scream for hours. Toilet and water fountains ensure the fun continues without a beat. Towels also provided just for the pool goers. The entire hotel team shall be commended. All friendly, helpful and happy! Every aspect is spotlessly clean in all areas. Breakfast items were half served by staff and half self serve. Laundry room on the 2nd floor at the end of the longest hallway was affordable ($1.50 for washer, $1 for dryer) and very much needed by us. Our room with 2 Queen beds were so very comfortable. There was a desk with good chair excellent for either my husband or I to work on our laptops and another side desk with 2 square pullout blocks for the kids to do their daily homework assignments. Lots of well places power outlets for all devices. Truly fit our needs so well while visiting family in the area. I have already extended our stay from 1 night to another 3 nights and looking to extend again tomorrow for 1 more night. Think we may even stay again our our way back to Freddy next week!
