4-Star Hotels in Anhui, China

This hotel boasts the best location on Huangshan Mountain. It's right next to a food court, and of course, it also has its own restaurant where you can order à la carte or enjoy a buffet. We booked very late, so the facilities were just average. Online, it was advertised as a four-star, but I honestly couldn't tell – it felt more like a small inn. However, it was quite clean. Maybe there are better rooms, but we didn't get one. The walls were made of panels (according to the staff, environmentally friendly materials are required on the mountain, so perhaps other places are similar), which meant poor soundproofing. The restaurant, though, was exceptionally good. The ingredients were excellent, and the cooking was superb. Dinner was 160 per person, but the staff gave us a 50% discount. If you didn't want the buffet, you didn't have to pay; the staff offered free fried rice or noodles instead. The service was truly outstanding! The room included complimentary down jackets and umbrellas. The staff provided attentive 24-hour service, always available when called. Before we left, they even gave us a large bag of local specialties for the road (most places on Huangshan don't sell food), and we were so grateful, otherwise we would have been hungry the next day. The bag contained a ginseng fruit, two oranges, a pear, a mango, two bags of Anhui specialty shortbread, and other local snacks. On the afternoon of our departure, they also provided us with raincoats and water. The price was 2088 per night, which was higher than other platforms, but Trip.com later refunded me 300 yuan, making it quite a good deal. This hotel also has 8-person dorm beds for 400 per person, which are very popular, so you need to book quickly if you want one.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. All toiletries are provided. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out are efficient and quick. The location is convenient for getting around, and there are many dining options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money, and my stay was excellent. I highly recommend it.

The hotel has been newly renovated, and the facilities are quite complete. However, it's a hotel converted from an office building, so the soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear conversations from next door. The location is pretty good though – just 100 meters out, cross the sky bridge at night, and there's a street food night market. The cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom had a slight odor when I first entered the room. The environment was okay. The service was enthusiastic. Even though I arrived early and my reserved room wasn't ready, they offered to upgrade my room if I waited half an hour. In the end, it was still the room I originally booked, which wasn't a big deal. However, the noise from conversations and laughter next door at noon made it impossible to rest. After only a few minutes in the room, I asked to switch, and they eventually moved me to a room with a mahjong machine.

📍Location: The hotel is situated right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, within walking distance of Yintai Center and Xiaoyaojin Park. There's a wide variety of food options, from snacks to full meals, making it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. The only minor inconvenience is that taxis can't drop you off directly in front of the hotel entrance; you need to walk a short distance. Overall, though, getting around is quite easy. 🏨Facilities: The rooms feature smart controls, allowing you to use voice commands for lights, air conditioning, and curtains. I have to praise the soundproofing – it's excellent. Despite being right on a pedestrian street, it's remarkably quiet once you close the windows. 🔖Service: The front desk is very responsive whenever I needed assistance 👍🏻 😬A small drawback is that the elevators are a bit slow, possibly because there are only two elevators for a relatively tall building. Overall, though, I had a very satisfying stay.

We had a very nice stay. It is a beautiful location, the people were super helpful and everything was provided for. Breakfast was delicious and there is a room dedicated to different activities, such as calligraphy and music. The building and its history is very interesting. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's not tiring at all to walk up from the back hill. When it rained, having a shoe dryer, washing machine, and dryer was a thoughtful touch. The spa was genuinely good! 😂 The simple auntie who gave the massage was very dedicated. Coming from the front hill is even more tiring than the back, so you definitely need a spa here afterwards. 😂 There are plenty of entertainment facilities, including a multimedia space for watching movies and a trendy play area which is perfect for families. Breakfast was also good with a decent variety. For lunch and dinner, you can order à la carte, and the taste was fine and prices reasonable. Seeing the workers painstakingly carrying supplies up the hill made me feel the meal prices were more than fair.

The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

I was really surprised by a hotel I chose temporarily! It is a new store just opened, the environment decoration is super textured, Morandi style is gentle and high-end, and the atmosphere is full. What impressed me most was that all the staff were very warm and polite, the service was intimate and thoughtful, and the whole experience was super good. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are brand new, the living is comfortable and safe, the location is very convenient, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. I dug into the treasure hotel for blind selection. This stay experience is directly full. I will choose this one next time I come!

It's a few minutes' drive to the Old Street and a 25-minute drive to the high-speed rail station. Cleanliness: Clean and spacious. Facilities: The room featured a smart home system throughout, electric curtains, and comfortable bedding. However, the hotel's exterior looks a bit rundown. Drawbacks: The soundproofing is terrible. Early in the morning, I was woken up by a 'bear child' (naughty kid) from the neighboring room screaming, roaring, and running in the hallway. It was extremely annoying.

Finally struck gold! This hotel is absolutely amazing. The room was so clean it shined, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle, and the breakfast spread had so many options I didn't know what to choose. The location is also convenient, right next to a shopping district. I'll definitely stay here again next time! This hotel is a godsend for business trips! The soundproofing is incredible; it was so quiet at night I fell asleep instantly. The toilet and screen mirroring were huge bonuses. The freshly ground coffee and pastries for breakfast were a thoughtful touch, and check-out was super fast, making the service incredibly efficient. The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up, and the playground downstairs was super convenient. They even have a special children's dining area for breakfast. The value for money is just fantastic! Scenic view lovers, rejoice! The room's floor-to-ceiling window directly faces the lake. Waking up to the morning mist around the lake was breathtaking. The bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up, and the staff were always available when called. Even parking is free. It was such a comfortable stay, I've already recommended it to everyone I know! It truly lives up to its reputation! The view outside is expansive, and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The service staff are always available and responsive to every request. The freshly made noodles for breakfast were delicious and so heartwarming!
