From friendly reception to good breakfast to arrangement of quick tour, I enjoyed my stay here. Comfy pillows and bed. Everything here was to my satisfaction, including a nice, hot shower and late checkout. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were all great, especially all the restaurant staff. I especially appreciated the hotel making special arrangements to celebrate my birthday. However, some of the shortfalls included the very slow and inconsistent WIFI at our building (500), the bathroom door couldn’t be kept closed, and the in room jacuzzi never got hot. But on the positive note, the in room AC was very good, the room, bathroom and shower were spacious and had hot water. P.S. I was underwhelmed by my undercooked tomahawk during dinner.

The hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport. Our room was clean, bed firm and comfortable. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Breakfast starts at 6am and has many Costa Rican and western options. We dined at the Denny's which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Perfect boutique hotel for couples or friends looking to relax. Luxurious design and amenities with incredible volcano views.

Great location and facilities. Lodges had everything. Helpful concierge, cafe and reception staff. Restaurant is a little soulless and somewhat pretentious as the food is average which was a bit disappointing as everything else was of a very high standard.

This was a great place to stay! Loved the location, the design of the space and the grounds. And the staff, especially Raul, were impressive with hospitality!
