4-Star Hotels in Hessen, Germany

This was by far the most 'normal' and comfortable hotel I stayed in during my business trip to Germany. Everything from the facilities, cleanliness, and service to the overall environment was absolutely perfect, giving it full marks across the board. The value for money is incredible, and it's super close to the airport too, haha!

We had a really pleasant experience. The room was spacious, modern and very clean, with great city views from the higher floors. The super king size bed was extremely comfortable and probably one of the best parts of the stay in this EU trip. Location was super convenient as well — Skyline Plaza shopping mall is a street away, making it easy for shopping, groceries and meals. The hotel is 10mins walking distance or 2 stops away by tram to Frankfurt Hbf.

This was our first time in Frankfurt, and this hotel was quite good. The best part was its excellent location, making it easy to get anywhere. Although many people say the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic and close to the red-light district, advising against going out at night, I personally didn't find it that bad. Just be a little cautious. We could walk or take public transport everywhere we wanted to go and see sights, which saved us a lot of time. I was traveling alone with two elderly relatives this time, and they were very comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel, especially the staff, who were incredibly friendly. When I mentioned the sink wasn't draining and the kettle had issues, they immediately offered to change my room and ended up giving me a family suite. I really didn't expect them to be so helpful! Reading reviews really helps you learn a lot of useful things. My stay was on the 15th floor, and it's strange but the 15th floor felt like a 'premium' area. There's a sky bar on the 15th floor. The bar has a wide selection of drinks and beverages, as well as afternoon tea and snacks. However, when I checked in, no one told me I could come here to sit and have a drink. The room was very clean, quite new, and even had a sauna. Highly recommended, the overall feeling was very comfortable.

Absolutely thrilled with my stay! Especially a huge shout-out to the competent male manager – he was incredibly kind, charming, and patient, helping me sort out numerous issues. The hotel's location is fantastic (the outdoor shot is from the first-floor restaurant), offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the ”Hauptwache” subway station, where both the S8 and S9 lines provide direct access to Frankfurt Airport (a single ticket costs €6.9). The area around the station is a major shopping district; the ”My Zeil” mall is right next door, and there are three ”dm” stores nearby (you can claim tax refunds on purchases over €50), perfect for grabbing some great goodies. If you're planning a trip to the ”Wertheim Village” outlet, remember to book your date and time on their official website. You can then catch a free shuttle bus from a stop near the hotel, which takes about 70 minutes each way. The Römerberg square is only about a 10-minute walk away, surrounded by other attractions like churches and the Iron Bridge. The breakfast is exclusively Western-style, but if that's not to your taste, you can always prepare your own meals in your room. Each room is fully equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and cutlery. This hotel is internally connected to the MOXY hotel. This connecting area serves as both a bar (with darts and other activities) and the MOXY's front desk and breakfast area, which is quite unique. I would definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

The hotel was good. However, it was noisy at night due to the trains, making it difficult to sleep. Parking is available for €15, but that's not a problem. Supermarkets and restaurants are very close. I highly recommend it.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. Location was excellent and staff helpful efficient and friendly 😊 Room was a little on the small side, and no access allowed to rooftop bar on our last night due to a wedding which was disappointing but maybe just one of those things 😞

Hotel in a very good location for an overnight stay while traveling. Very nice food in the restaurant: fine cuisine! Good soundproofing from outside (location close to the highway and airport). Insulation between the rooms somewhat less. Quite small room. Coffee/tea and water available for free in the room and chocolate as a small gift. Very extensive and tasty breakfast: fresh rolls and pancakes :). Free open-air parking at the hotel. Good sauna and fitness.

This is a very artistic and stylish hotel. It's trendy and definitely worth a stay. The colors, interior design, details, and color schemes are all excellent. It's right next to the subway, so transportation is super convenient, and it's not in the bustling area near the main station where things can be a bit chaotic. Highly recommend it if you appreciate design. You can ask the front desk for slippers – there's a surprise waiting!
