GGuest User1. Location and Accessibility: The hotel’s location is its strongest asset. Situated in the heart of the city, it provides effortless access to major transport hubs and local attractions. For a traveler who values efficiency, being within walking distance of prime dining spots and the business district was a significant ”feature” that saved me hours of commuting.
2. Check-in and Service: The check-in process was optimized and bug-free. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, processing my reservation with impressive speed. I was particularly impressed by the concierge team; their local knowledge was like a well-curated API for the city—whenever I had a query about hidden gems or logistical routes, they provided precise and helpful ”outputs.”
3. Room Quality and Comfort: The room was a sanctuary of modern design. The interface—meaning the room layout—was intuitive and spacious. I was assigned a suite on the 14th floor, offering a panoramic view of the skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing excellent ”uptime” for my sleep quality. The soundproofing was robust, effectively filtering out the urban white noise, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was stable enough for heavy data lifting and video conferencing without any latency issues.
4. Facilities and Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a diverse array of options, catering to various dietary requirements. Whether it was the fresh pastry station or the made-to-order omelets, the quality of the ingredients was top-tier. I also utilized the fitness center and the infinity pool; both were well-maintained, clean, and never overly crowded, providing a great environment to decompress after a long day of work.
Final Verdict: In conclusion, [Hotel Name] operates with the precision of a well-oiled machine while maintaining the warmth of traditional hospitality. It is a perfect choice for both business professionals and leisure travelers who demand high standards. I would not hesitate to ”re-run” this experience and highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a premium stay
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic and very convenient; it's just a five-minute walk from the main train station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is great, with clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also quite nice, and the price is reasonable. Plus, there's a church and old town nearby, and a Christmas market to explore. Highly recommended!
KKampfkater GeorgBad door has missed, shower water run into the bathroom, damaged purse on the bath walls, spinning tissue in Ixcel, dust on the top boxes, a beer glass and a wine glass??? , noise bath airing there was missing door, no shoe trailer,
Quietly located, tram in 200 m, breakfast was good, but nothing exceptional, parking costs extra, per day 16,-.
If the disturbances with the room were not 5,0.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is impeccable, right next to the Church of Our Lady, and all the Old Town attractions are within walking distance. The room was very clean, and while it's an older hotel, you can tell it's well-maintained. There are charging ports by the bed, including regular outlets and USB-C/USB. However, the bed was a bit small; I booked a 180cm bed, but it felt more like 160cm. Being able to get water (still, sparkling, or lightly sparkling) was a nice convenience. The free sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor jacuzzi felt like a proper vacation, which was great. The only minor drawback was that the male staff were polite but not very enthusiastic, whereas the female staff were much better – very helpful and always smiling. But then again, it's Germany, so don't expect too much in terms of service! 😂
RRPSMThe INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafés. It’s a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining.
We didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, there’s no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies — a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable.
The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss.
Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat.
We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering.
Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.
GGuest UserNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.
GGuest UserIt was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.
GGuest UserThe service and the location is good. It is near the train station and unlike other main train stations in germany, it is clean. I think the hotel is also relatively new, the room is simple and clean. There was no refrigerator but you can get electric cattle if you need it.
CCerberus799Check in was quick, welcome titbits, drinks. Free drink vouchers per pax ea per night if u dont have daily cleaning. Can still xchange towels, reqt toiletries from reception. Microwave, plates, bowls cutleries brought to rm upon reqts.
Staff attentive, helpful n diligent. Hotel easily reachable from Dresden Neustadt Trn station. 15mins stroll. Tram svc 3 n 13 goes to town, Theatreplatz.
Lidl, 400m down road from hotel. Netto 700m uproad from hotel. Buying food, bread, milk, drinks, fruits easy peazy. Use a Visa/MC Debit no worries about forex.
I would recommend this hotel. Its clean, room a good size. Layout good..double doors, one into room, a 2nd separating sleeping from foyer/toilet. Card already in main power socket, no need to use one of the room card.
One of the better 3-4stars hotel, I have stayed in.
GGuest UserVery good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.
