We stayed at Episode Hotel Gading Serpong as a family with three kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free, which is always appreciated when traveling with children. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With three kids, space is always a concern, but the layout made it easy for all of us to rest well. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—lots of variety, from local dishes to kid-friendly options like pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. Our kids especially enjoyed it, and it made mornings so much easier. The swimming pool was another favorite spot for the children, while we as parents appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s facilities and nearby conveniences like shopping and dining options. Overall, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong is a great choice for families. It combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily come back on our next family trip.

This hotel is located just outside the domestic departure counters area in T3. It has a 10m+ pool and a good gym. The breakfast is not up to 4 4-star hotel standards, but is pretty good. If you want a comfortable place for a long layover in CGK, esp if your next flight is from T3, there is no better choice than Grand Anara. There's a cheaper Anara on the other side of T3, and there's a ”Digital Hotel” nearby for a cheaper price if you want to save a few bucks.

I arrived late time and I made 4 nights reservation but the schedules changes and the reception (front desk) helped me much and finally solve my big problem with platform. Special thanks for Mr Thorig & Ryan, they did their best work for me. And the hotel is full of design the place is very quiet and people always smile to you when face to face , nice breakfast and I will choose this hotel next time when I’m in Tangerang.

Staff is very friendly, and was helpful sending a iron to my room when we needed. On the 16th floor there is a HUGE infinite pool, jacuzzi, gym and a basketball court!! Great stay in a business district!

The members of the staff were super helpful, we did our laundry and left our baggage for half of the day. Nice gentlemen from security in front of the building taking care of taxi and helping with the luggage. In the room we found everything that we needed for 1 night stay. Breakfast was nice, lot of options to choose.

I've stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. The restaurant is right outside a large plaza, offering many convenient dining options, and the environment is quite good. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. For breakfast, I personally feel it's more geared towards locals; I usually go for rice noodles, toast, vegetables, and some fried items. It gets extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays.

This was our second stay at the hotel, mainly because it’s close to my family’s house. We stayed during Raya, but there wasn’t anything particularly special about the experience. The breakfast was quite underwhelming, especially considering the price. This time, we booked the Junior Suite, which was more spacious and noticeably cleaner compared to the standard room. However, if you’re planning to stay here during Ramadan, do note that there’s a continuous Quran recitation playing 24/7 from nearby mosque. While it’s not necessarily a bad thing, the sound does travel through the thin windows and unfortunately disrupted my sleep at times.

Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

The hotel is huge with many rooms. After checking in, we took a buggy to our room. The room itself was very spacious, clean, tidy, and exceptionally quiet. The only downside was that the pipes seemed to be leaking, making a gurgling sound, which we just put up with. Breakfast was incredibly rich and the restaurant had a great atmosphere, with many Western foreigners. Overall, it was a good experience.
