Quite a good hotel, spacious and comfortable, suitable for a large family.

The hotel is in the mall complex. So you can get your things easier. The traffic near the hotel is okay but when the big rain downpour, you better not go anywhere. Because the road will get flooded. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a hot tub. Kids will love it. I didn’t get any breakfast, but they’re breakfast was good enough.

This hotel has so much potential. Some parts require some renovations to make it look more presentable and not too outdated. But the staffs were nice and helpful. Price and location also the best. Many available must-eat food nearby.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

One of my favorite hotels in Palembang, always fully booked on weekends. It boasts the highest swimming pool in the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is friendly, and the breakfast offers a great variety. My only wish is for smart TVs in the rooms so we can watch Netflix in the future.

A very clean hotel located near the airport. I stayed here to escape the hustle and bustle of Palembang, and it was great! The breakfast was delicious, mainly Indonesian food. I also had dinner, and everything was tasty! Most importantly, they had beer, which was a huge plus! The hotel had a lot of families, so I wasn't really able to relax by the pool. The room was very spacious!

Great service from all the staff from front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Located just along the main road where there’s a plenty of eateries in the area. There’s even a pool and small gym, and breakfast buffet spread was a good variety. Highly recommended!

The place is okay, and the location is great. Unfortunately, sound travels easily between rooms. My neighbor's alarm went off early in the morning and they didn't turn it off, which was really noisy when I was still trying to sleep.
