Sarah H.Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them.
Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there.
We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

The worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest?
This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures.
What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again.
As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes
And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them.
Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well.

カンバーズI used this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience.
Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options. There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient. While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative. I'm excited about the future, as the renovated restaurant is expected to become NAVAT, a highly-regarded establishment in the city. I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete!
Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea. The restroom and shower were clean and very easy to use.
Service: The hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay.
Overall: Highly recommended. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

KhuloodAljaberiDisappointing stay, Poor service, unhygienic buffet, and hidden charges!
This hotel is just okay for 2 nights max, the location is good.
However, the overall experience was very frustrating. The breakfast was poor the buffet area had an unpleasant smell. Even worse, the food was unhygienic; I literally found a hair among the nuts! Personally, I couldn’t find any options that suited me.The service was extremely poor and unprofessional.
The lights in my room were broken, I informed the staff, but they never fixed them. They are completely uncooperative and lack any polite manner of communication.
To make matters worse, at checkout, they blindsided me with an extra charge just because there was some lipstick stain on the blanket! What is the purpose of housekeeping if guests are penalized for accidental stains? Isn't cleaning exactly what they are paid to do?They should be transparent about their policies instead of exploiting customers with sudden, hidden fees.
This hotel is incredibly greedy and values making money over customer satisfaction.
I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

Guest UserThe breakfast was varied and well-chosen. As a traveler, I felt comfortable and safe. The reception was always staffed and friendly. It was a bit noisy in the hotel room due to outside fans, but I was able to change rooms. There's a supermarket and several cafes across the street. I'm very satisfied!

Daniel SoonFriendly staff. Check-in/out process was efficient and fast. Room/breakfast was basic but great value for the amount paid. Not exactly in the prime sight-seeing area but that is offset by their relatively affordable local ride hailing service and the walkable distance to multiple dining options and convenience stores.

Kenny MJThe hotel is conveniently located, especially if you need quick access to the airport or have business in the surrounding area. For those purposes, the location works very well.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and one of the highlights was the peaceful courtyard. It was a lovely place to unwind, and relaxing on the daybeds made for a very pleasant break from the busy city atmosphere.
Breakfast was average—perfectly acceptable, but nothing particularly memorable or unique.
Overall, a comfortable stay with a relaxing environment and a convenient location for travelers staying in this part of the city.

My stay at the Palace Garden Hotel was truly satisfying overall. I'd say it's one of the most comfortable and value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in the area.
First off, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Right next to it is a 24-hour supermarket, so you don't have to worry if you need water, snacks, or daily essentials late at night. Cross one traffic light, and in less than 200 meters, you'll find the famous Russian Cathedral, easily accessible on foot. The surrounding area also has a great vibe. Plus, there's the popular local pastry shop, Kulikov, nearby, offering delicious desserts and bread – perfect for grabbing a cake or enjoying an afternoon tea. For travelers, business guests, or those on a short stay, this location really takes the stress out of things.
The hotel's accommodation environment is also very comfortable. The room decor is simple yet elegant, without overly elaborate embellishments, giving it a cozy, clean, and practical feel. The room gets excellent natural light; the sunshine streaming in during the day makes the whole space particularly bright. The bedding is very comfortable too, with soft, skin-friendly duvets that make you feel firmly supported when you lie down, ensuring a restful sleep. It's also relatively quiet at night, not noisy at all, contributing to excellent overall sleep quality.
What really stood out to me was the hotel's small garden. Although not particularly large, it's meticulously maintained with clean and tidy lawns, trees, and greenery. Sitting under the parasol during the day, enjoying the view and sipping tea, is incredibly relaxing. In the evening, when the lights come on, the garden's ambiance instantly transforms into a tranquil space, perfect for unwinding. Waking up to a view of lush greenery outside the window also puts you in a better mood.
The service was another big plus. The staff were very friendly and patient in their communication. It didn't feel like cold, impersonal hotel service, but rather warm, natural, and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they offer airport pick-up service – a really thoughtful touch, especially for guests visiting the area for the first time or those with a lot of luggage. It adds a sense of convenience and a feeling of being well-cared for.
Breakfast was also good, simple but substantial enough to meet normal morning meal needs. Room hygiene was well-maintained, and I didn't encounter any discomfort during my stay. For me, the most important aspects of a hotel are cleanliness, quietness, convenient location, and a comfortable bed, and the Palace Garden Hotel excels in all these areas.
Overall, this is a hotel highly suitable for business trips, tourism, short stays, and even long-term occupancy. It offers a convenient location, complete surrounding amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, soft bedding, a quiet environment, and a lovely relaxing garden. Staying here doesn't feel unfamiliar; instead, it has a warm, 'home-away-from-home' feeling. The next time I'm in the area, the Palace Garden Hotel will be my first choice, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends.

This was my second stay at the hotel and I would not recommend if you are sensitive to smoke smells. The hotel seems to cater to many Chinese tourists whom seem to smoke quite a bit despite the hotel being non-smoking. Management should try to fix the problem. When we complained; they said there were no more rooms and offered no solution. Only when pushed they claim they would help, which was only an open window, and it did not make a major difference. Also location is sub optimal, you needed a taxi to go anywhere meaningful. Also hotel seems quite dated but basic amenities were there. Simple breakfast.

TianbiandemihayiluoweiqiThe hotel staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of high-quality ingredients. There are many bus routes nearby, and bus 153 goes to and from the airport. It's a bit of a distance, but not too far, and Chuhe Street is easy to navigate!
