CS TRIPIt was the BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BOOKED in my LIFE. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE. The room was so clean and the amenities is complete. Theres a beach 5mins away from here. When I lost my wash bag everyone was so busy looking for it until I found it. They are so helpful and I loved the experience here. If I will go back to Mactan Cebu I will definitely come back here. The price is worth the service. I also loved their buffet breakfast. I was so delicious and unique. All the restaurant is also very near walking distance so it was WORTH IT! Please keep up the good work. I am only sad that the pool is not available when I came here. Please make it available ASAP. We wish you well. I wanna invest in this kind of hotel too. Please tell me how I can do that. We are so grateful. I still give a 5 STARRRR ALL for All this. See you next time!

yaytakoFantastic stay and real island getaway!
View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.
Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.
Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.
wifi connections are good islandwise but it’s more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.
do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

Guest UserI love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect.
They’re not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball.
Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from.
There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite.
Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby.
They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room.
I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didn’t mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who don’t want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it.

또나It was absolutely wonderful! This resort was exactly the style I was looking for, and the atmosphere was fantastic. At check-in, the front desk offered a room upgrade to a 'fixing room.' While it was close to the beach, I had really wanted a pool view, so it was a shame that the view turned out to be mostly rooftops. The first picture shows the view from the room.
The bathroom, sink, shower, and bathtub were all separated, which was super convenient and saved a lot of time. If you needed to get around, you could call a buggy to pick you up, which was very handy. There were no bugs inside the room either.
However, the soundproofing was terrible. Unfortunately, the people in the room next to mine had a wild party every single night, playing very loud music until late into the morning, and I could hear multiple people talking and laughing. (Though they did apologize to us for the noise.)
The artificial beach had shallow water and a lot of seaweed, so it wasn't great for swimming, but it was nice to look at.
The pool, on the other hand, was absolutely amazing!
This is definitely a place I'd love to visit again and again. Highly recommended!

Lee YaroWe stayed at Seda during the weekend to celebrate valentine's day. Room stay was good, and we were allowed late check out at 1pm.
Gym is not big but good enough. Theres also a pool.
Location is good
Breakfast buffet could be better as food was quite oily.
All in all, would stay in Seda again if we return here in the future.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak.
This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.
In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well.
We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit?
Thank you for your attention and prompt assistance.

Great place for sunsets! As for breakfast, don't set your expectations too high, it's just okay. The room was pretty clean, and while the pool is a bit small, it was fine for kids to play in. The beach right in front isn't really anything special, and I didn't even bother going because I heard it smelled.

Guest UserThe hotel is excellently located near the sea, just a 5-minute walk away. The beach and recreation area are great. The hotel itself is large, and there are many people. The hallway smells damp. The room is decent, but there was no trash can. They brought one on the second day after noticing there was nowhere to put trash. There are no bottled water in the room, but there are water coolers in the hallways. There are also water coolers on the first floor.

Amazing staff! Great food, many pools, and brilliant atmosphere. I was in a newly renovated room.
Although the toilet seat definitely needed updating. The seat was damaged/old and needed replacing. I requested this two days in a row, and it wasn’t changed.
Other than the toilet seat issue, my stay was perfect.
