Thank you for making our wedding anniversary memorable.
The Hotel was placed a small distance from the Naia T3 airport. You can get there by using the Runway Manila bridge. A good 5 mins walk.
Staff were very polite, helpful and all smiles.
The gym was clean and equipments looked new.
The pool was clean, and the drink was delish. Kudos to the bartender!

Grand Westside is conveniently located near NAIA Terminal 3, making it a practical choice when flying in or out of T3. The breakfast buffet is decent, though the ₱1,500 rate feels relatively steep compared to the selection offered.
The staff are generally young, polite, and accommodating. Some are interns from different universities, which adds a fresh and friendly vibe.
The lobby is bright, spacious, and welcoming, with wide hallways that give the place an airy feel. In contrast, the standard rooms are on the smaller side. Amenities are adequate, though I couldn’t find any lotion provided. On the positive side, WiFi is fast, and the cable TV is a nice perk, especially if you’re staying with kids.
Another plus is its accessibility: the hotel is just a short ride to Mall of Asia and Ayala Mall by the Bay.

We had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!

The front desk staff at Hotel Heritage were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. They made the check-in process smooth and always attended to my requests with professionalism and a smile. Their excellent service left a very good impression, and it’s one of the main reasons I’ll be coming back to stay here again this coming October for a 3-day holiday. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the city! The highlight for us was definitely the pool, spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after exploring. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff made sure everything was comfortable throughout our visit. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great city hotel with a nice pool!

Had a wonderful stay at Bayprime Hotel!
Service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean — you can tell it’s new and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options.
The location is super convenient — just a few minutes away from the mall and the airport.
Only downside was the towels and bathrobes, which had a slightly musty scent (amoy kulob), but it wasn’t a major issue.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again! 🌟
Well located hotel, at walking distance from historical downtown - where most of touristic spots could be found, the venue looks as something with a great past. With some refurbishing, renovation, it could also have a great future. Staff is helpfull, they compensate the issues the hotel encounters. Good breakfast, various products to choose from. Small open air pool but sufficient to enjoy during hot wheather (we never used during our stay as was raining too much). Rooms need to be refurbished, many things need to be improved

The Hotel is a gem in the heart of Manila City. Whether you’re here for the rooftop bar’s stunning views, Restaurant’s delicious food, or the hotel’s impeccable service, you won’t be disappointed. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers, and the location makes it easy to explore the city’s top attractions.
**Rating**: 4/5
**Room for Improvement**: The Wi-Fi speed could be a bit faster, but it wasn’t a major issue.
If you’re planning a trip to Manila City, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a fantastic value for the quality and experience.

PPizarroThe rooms were not ready when we arrived. And we already arrived late. There are a lot of people checking in. We waited for a while and because of that the receptionist offered to give us a late check out of until 2pm. When it still took sometime to prepare the rooms, she offered to extend our check out until 3pm and upgraded the 2 rooms to executive suite and junior suite without any fee, while the 2 rooms are twin bed, hence all is well. I think the housekeeping staff are either slow or undermanned. Nevertheless, the front desk staff kept on apologizing and were very nice. It’s not their fault so I understand. We just walked to Okada, then in the morning heard mass at St. John Paul II church in Aseana City. The breakfast is fine. Our stay all in all was good. Thanks.

BBevilaquaAmazing stay in the Philippines!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and excellent service. The reception team was always helpful, quick to answer my questions and ready to assist with anything I needed.
One of the highlights was the security staff – very professional, attentive, and always making sure guests felt safe. They were not only protective but also super friendly and willing to help with directions or even small favors.
The overall customer service was outstanding. Every interaction showed care and dedication, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy, the location convenient, and I felt comfortable at all times.
I truly appreciated the effort of the whole team and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Philippines. I left with great memories and will surely stay here again on my next visit!

JJ Christopher PerezI had a fantastic stay at B Hotel Muntinlupa! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. AAnonymous UserThe place is neat, spacious, and near everything. It’s very ideal for travelers who spend most of the day outside but want to rest in a cozy and homy setup at night.

GGuest UserGreat for family! Great food and good service! The club lounge was exceptional! Food is really gooooood! Staff were accommodating and friendly. Great selection in Misto Breakfast buffet. I wish more toys in the kids club.
GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — we especially loved the cozy bed and thoughtful details throughout. One of the highlights of our stay was the sweet gesture of a birthday card left for my mom, which made her day feel even more special.
Molito and ATC is just across the road, and there is a 7 eleven nearby which made our more convenient.
The pool was heated which is a plus. We also loved the Alabang city view from the pool.
The only minor inconvenience was the elevator, which tended to get crowded during peak hours, so we had to wait a bit longer at times. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we'd definitely consider staying again.
