The hotel is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant. They readily held my luggage after check-out, and the ticket-based retrieval system gave me peace of mind. Water dispensers in the lobby and elevator halls on the guest floors were a great touch, allowing for free refills. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and there was plenty of seating, making for a relaxed meal.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We have not checked out the swimming pool and the terrace nor had a breakfast there, so can’t say anything about those really. We booked a room with a king size bed and were first assigned one with two single/twin (?) beds which were pushed together. The receptionist informed us there is no guarantee you will get a bed which you have originally booked in the app, but ended up giving us an upgrade for a room with a river view and a king size bed.

The location is fantastic and convenient. The train station, bus station, and tram stop are all nearby, and the famous Palace of Culture and Science is less than a 10-minute walk away. There's a shopping mall right across the street, covering all your needs for food, clothing, and daily necessities. I've stayed at this hotel four times already and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in a double room with an extra bed and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a safe and blackout curtains that made sleeping easy. Housekeeping was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary water station, where guests could refill bottles with both still and sparkling water. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We arrived very early, around 8:00 a.m., and were able to leave our luggage at reception while we went out to explore the city before check-in. The hotel also offers luggage storage after check-out, which is very convenient. The location is perfect. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and around 10 minutes to the U.S. Embassy, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting for a visa interview. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options, including sparkling wine. Since we had an early flight on our departure day, the hotel kindly offered us breakfast boxes to take with us, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly exceptional. The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the coffee machine with capsules, as well as the complimentary bottled water and sparkling water replenished every day. The breakfast was simply outstanding – one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, and everything was delicious. The location is unbeatable and perfectly situated for exploring the area, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of an amazing location, excellent facilities, outstanding breakfast, and a truly remarkable team made our stay unforgettable. They told us there were no free rooms and asked us to wait until 3:00 PM, but then they checked in two people ahead of us. When they realized we'd noticed, they called us over to the check-in desk. The hotel is pleasant and clean, though the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, and the kettle was very old and wouldn't switch off on its own.

I was looking for a hotel close to the airport, I wasn't aware at the time of booking this hotel provides free shuttle service to Chopin airport every 30 mins. The food was great at the hotel, they have a nightclub/bar on the 10th floor which was closed for a private event during my stay but looked really nice. Hotel rooms were decent and the fintess centre was pretty good.

The hotel isn't far from the airport, a taxi ride costs about 30 PLN (approx. €7). They don't offer airport pick-up, but there's a free drop-off service (just inform the front desk in advance, and a taxi will be waiting outside the next day; just tell them your room number when you get in). Remember to bring your own toiletries and slippers (none are provided in the room, though you can probably get them from the front desk if you ask). Also, bring a travel adapter. There's no bottled water in the room, but you can ask the front desk for some – be specific about what you want, otherwise, they might give you sparkling water (perhaps that's what locals drink more often). The breakfast selection is plentiful, with lots of dairy products, and you can even make your own fresh juice. The in-room facilities are decent and meet expectations. Recommended! 👍

Great location, very good breakfast, excellent soundproofing in the room, and a comfortable mattress. Check-in and check-out were quick. The room also has a kettle and a coffee machine.
