The room is wonderful. The owner is kind. She prepared coffee for us. We can make coffee with the coffee machine. The room is very clean and tidy, and it's really a nice place. I strongly recommend this place to other tourists.
Overall, it was a good experience.
Positives:
1. Service was good
2. Staff were polite
3. Reception friendly
4. Room very clean and maintained very well.
5. Comfortable shower
Negatives:
1. Bed & pillow was a bit uncomfortable for me
2. I was expecting a room facing the beach, but it did not really face the beach entirely. It was partially blocked.
3. Temperature of the room is not easily adjustable to your preferences. It is centrally controlled.
Just few minutes walk from the Central Station. No one in the reception for check in so it’s advised to contact the owner of the property in advance for self check in information and to get the key.
The appearance of the room is similar to the photo. Self-check-in will send a check-in message to the mailbox. If you have any questions, you can contact by phone and communicate in English. If you park by car, you can park at the supermarket behind. The white line can be parked for free. We parked for one night. It's safe. A few hundred meters walk from the train station, you can take the train to Cinque Terre, but to be honest, Cinque Terre is not fun.
Al molo 21 is a recently renovated accommodation facility located in La Spezia, on the upper floors of a building overlooking one of the main streets of the city. The structure, with internal and external windows equipped with high soundproofing, provides a particularly welcoming stay.
All accommodations have a view of the city. The rooms, one of which has a private balcony, offer their guests air conditioning, a desk, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a kettle, a refrigerator and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, disposable slippers and bathroom set. Each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. The accommodations also have independent heating.
Greater security: All guests will also be provided with a mechanical lock key for the room during their stay. Greater security for their belongings held in the room.
At a distance of about 300 meters from the rooms there is a paid PARKING, not bookable, at low costs.
At pier 21 it is close to the main places of interest, 5 minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale train station and 10 minutes from the landing of tourist ferries, which offer direct connections to the Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO heritage site.
A few steps from the pedestrian area of La Spezia, where you can find many places to eat and relax, and from the main attractions of the city including the Amedeo Lia Museum, the Naval Technical Museum and the Castle of San Giorgio.
Pisa International Airport is 80 km from the property.
Ottimo hotel, vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni, punto perfetto per raggiungere le cinque Terre.
Pulizia impeccabile delle stanze, personale dell'albergo professionale e molto cortese
Interni delle stanze moderni e nuovi
To go to Cinque Terre, I chose to stay in Las Pezia for 2 nights. Although it was a bit far from the station to drag my luggage 800 meters, the room was clean and quiet.
Capsule coffee is provided and the taste is not bad, and small snacks can be served with coffee to provide a service similar to afternoon tea, which is really intimate.
If you want to see the sea all the time, it is recommended to live directly in Cinque Terre to get a better travel experience.

It's right across from the train station, making it incredibly convenient! The location is absolutely fantastic. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bathroom is also very roomy. They even have a charmingly retro, old-fashioned elevator. However, the amenities are very basic; you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, tissues, and slippers. It's perfectly fine for a short stay, like a couple of nights, if you're just passing through. The staff service is pretty good. I frequently asked them for water refills, which saved me a fair bit on buying bottled water, haha.
Hotel on a hill with a terrace on the top floor and a view of the bay. Half an hour walk from the railway station. 5 minutes down the stairs to the sea. The hotel is clean, quiet, there is heating (early March). Breakfast - omelette, fried bacon - but they don't add, those who come late, they didn't make it. Pancakes, croissants, various pies, coffee, milk, fruit, yogurts. There are enough sockets, normal shower, soap, shampoo in dispensers, safe, refrigerator. Friendly reception.

AAlfYYI LOVE this place! It's right up the town of La Spezia. Excellent ”hide-away”, though it's a bit of a challenge to get there. Up the narrow winding road that leads up to this hidden gem of a location. Beautiful & fresh mountain views and excellent fresh mountain air!
The beds were comfortable - firm which is to my liking & toilet was a decent size.
Breakfast was surprisingly decently spread despite only 2 families being there (including myself) from 0800-1000.
We were given the GND Floor room, which is superb because it opens up to the outdoor lounge are which overlooks the beautiful harbour of La Spezia.
Don't expect much as there are no facilities - this is a 2 star hotel/accommodation.
TTravelereNice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.
GGuest UserEverything is great! Staffs are very helpful, they even sent an informative email before my arrival, regarding how to locate the place and to facilitate check in. Room is amazing, clean, big and comfy beds. Quiet at night and great location. The free breakfast is also nice, the breakfast place just 1 mins away.
CChristutiVery spacious place and bathroom. Our room had a small kitchen with the basics that became very useful as we cooked two of the nights we were there. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Centrally located and very near places to eat, supermarkets, all kinds of stores and more. Lots of places to see and visit just a short drive away. Place is located right next to some train tracks but we barely noticed when the train went by. Limited parking. Great place, would stay again.

PPanozzoReally good hotel with 3 stars but deserves 5 stars, best locations near Sanremo attractions, really good parking plot free of charges, nice modern clean rooms, great socials areas, superb restaurant and food and really really good breakfast, cross the road to Nobel villas and parks magnificent sight seen Sea shores, easy walks to downtown and 10 minutes from Sanremo music festival theater.
