I liked it, but honestly it fell short of expectations! The room was huge, the bathroom was good, the view was fantastic, but one detail that bothered me was that when I went to bed, the smell of the bed linen and pillow wasn't freshly laundered, as I've found even in 2-star hotels; it smelled like someone else's body, not mine! That wasn't supposed to be the case in a hotel of this category. I believe the pillow and duvet hadn't been washed after the previous guest's use.
As for the breakfast, fantastic, with a wide choice.
The spa was also good, although the Turkish bath wasn't available.
It's a shame that those responsible aren't required to at least perform adequate maintenance for a 4-star hotel! Guests' disappointment leads them to not return and, naturally, to advise against staying at the hotel to anyone they're referring to for accommodation recommendations. Breakfast should have a 2-star rating!
I'm not sending photos because the dilapidated condition of the hotel and its surrounding areas is obvious to everyone!
Regarding this hotel, I loved the experience not only because of its location, but also because of the friendliness and kindness of the staff, explaining all the questions and services to us, a huge hug, this hotel is ideal for spending a weekend with the family , couple or friends, in relation to the excellent room it was spacious, friendly, I booked it with a balcony which was an extra for us, I recommend you visit one day. The buffet breakfast was very good to start the day off right.
I love this hotel and have been there many times throughout the years. It still have the same charm despite the fact that is getting old, however a lot of updates and improvements have been done to keep it up to date.
On personal note I will suggest to open the interior pool early. As the opening time it's 10 am. I personally love to swim first thing in the morning, before breakfast and since there is no one from staff in there , they just need to open the door. I ask at the reception but was told it was impossible to do that. So I live the suggestion for the future!
Thank you.
We came spontaneously and booked 60 minutes before arrival. The room was spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately, the view was in the indoor courtyard and there was a empty building and the air conditioning of the building. It was very noisy at night. Otherwise everything was top. The breakfast was excellent.
For a 4-star hotel, there are many failures, including:
Lack of tin in breakfast,
Lack of organisation in the breakfast room,
a suffering breakfast,
The pool is very small and some ridges are very small.
towns that should be out of service,
Ar condicionado com problemas,
Management of freezers
Part of the infrastructure that needs renewal.
+ The hotel itself is charming and has wonderful views.
+ All of staffs are friendly, attentive and helpful.
+ Breakfast is rich. Serving local agricultural products is nice.
+ Surrounding the outdoor pool is so beautiful.
+ Room is clean and, bed is so comfortable, view from the balcony is fantastic.
- It is a pity that no slippers are provided.
I stayed here for two nights. The hotel was in a great location close to the costa de Caparica surf break (walking distance). The staff was lovely and rooms were comfortable.

OOuzhouzhixingThe room was spacious and clean, and the view was fantastic. There's a bus stop right outside that goes directly to the beach, and a supermarket is only about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel's restaurant is also good, and the breakfast was delicious.
CChantal MarieJust got back from a fantastic stay at the Aroeira Lisbon Hotel - Sea & Golf, and honestly, we had a blast! 😊
What really made our stay special was the people. The staff here are seriously amazing; genuinely friendly, warm, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. I need to give a massive thank you to everyone:
Front Desk Crew: You guys were superstars, always helpful and smiling. Seriously, everyone we met was lovely.
The Drivers: So helpful getting us to the beach and shops. Thank you for the restaurant recommendations and happy conversations. My son and daughter really loved you guys.
Kitchen and Restaurant Team:The food was great, and the hospitality was top-notch.
It felt like everyone, no matter their role, was happy to help with anything we needed. Need info? Done. Extra towels? Here you are. Special kid meal delivered in the night? No problem. Just a friendly chat? Absolutely!
Plus, the amenities are awesome! We tried to take advantage of as much as we could (that pool! the grounds! the beach nearby!), and it was all super easy to access.
Honestly, it was just a really smooth, fun, and welcoming experience from start to finish. Big thumbs up from the whole family, especially the kids! We'll definitely be back when we're next near Lisbon. Highly recommend!👍

AAugusto H.The location of the apartment is perfect, in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and the pool, ideal for a few days of rest. However, the services leave a lot to be desired. The apartment does not have any type of amenities, such as a bottle of water, coffee or other products usually available in 4-star accommodations.
Despite having a coffee machine and a dishwasher, there wasn't even a coffee capsule or washing up liquid. There was also no drainer to dry hand-washed dishes. I requested twice, both by phone and in person, a pair of slippers and detergent for the washing machine, but they were never delivered. I even went to reception (which is in another structure) during the night, where they assured me that they would be delivered the next morning, which did not happen.
In short, the apartment is spacious and well located, but the total lack of services and the lack of attention to guests' requests make the experience quite disappointing. A shame, because the space has a lot of potential.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is easy to find. There are lots of free parking space outside the hotel. If you would like to park at the hotel, it is 5 euro per day.
The rooftop bar is closed on Mondays to Thursdays. When it is closed, the guests have no access to the rooftop. I think such arrangement should be improved by granting access to the rooftop even when the bar is closed.
Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert 100%
AAlentejoIt is always so good to be back. Even on a winter day, the hotel makes you feel comfortable. Relaxing landscape in a very large room, with an excellent bed. Water and chocolates are provided as courtesy. The balcony seems to put you inside the countryside, breath in breath out, and take all the fresh air you can. You can even take a bath while you enjoy the view.
Breakfast is sublime. Freshly baked eggs on demand, coffee bar with hand made beverages, pastry and fresh fruit with several local items available. All of this while you glance at the infinite pool. You can even have breakfast outside, if it is not to cold.

MMarta MestreThe experience on the beach of Sal Resort was excellent. The hotel is a comfortable, modern and very pleasant environment, the Omaggio restaurant is perfect for enjoying a super pleasant meal for those who like a good mass and a good pizza with super reasonable values. The hotel service was a careful and sympathetic, they provided even WhatsApp for even closer service to customers, always providing and carefully with details.
The rooms are very cheerful and also super-friendly, and I also highlight the view and the surrounding space, which make this experience even more special. The spa also deserves a highlight, heated swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath are excellent for a relaxing day, and even if you prefer more relaxing, massage service makes your stay more relaxing. The breakfast is also an excellent point to mention, everything super well prepared and a super pleasant environment. This resort is undoubtedly an excellent for a couple's escape, an experience I recommend and will repeat again.
