The breakfast was very rich. The room is not particularly big, but it is ok. The location is good, there is a subway station downstairs, McDonald's and some other local restaurants and small supermarkets not far away, and it is not far from the city center.

Arrived at the hotel late, i found my room ready! The room is clean, the staff are friendly and I loved the room design. Good choice for families.

The hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

The room was a bit small, but for the price, it was acceptable. Breakfast was delivered to the room due to Ramadan, and the portions were generous. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, there were visible stains on the pillows, and I broke out in a rash the next day. The design of the bathroom faucet is a bit flawed, as water tends to splash everywhere.

The hotel is great, loved the size of the room, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort is on point for the price. The reception and check in process is smooth, bilingual support can be an additional point but the communication is still 👌. The room service and house keeping is also great. However what can become a nuisance quite easily is that the hotel claims to have a parking but it stays full so you have to park around the hotel and it is a busy area hence it gets a bit difficult. Moreover, for now the paid parking meters are here but they are not charging yet, once they do .. it will be more difficult to park outside the premises of the hotel. The other downturn for me personally is the size of the commode in the bathroom. Room for improvement here as not only the commode sprays water everywhere while flushing but the bidet makes alot of noise. Over all, I may come back to the hotel for the peace And quiet in the room, lobbies, and the size of the room but the parking can be a down turn for me.

The hotel is new and the environment is great! However, the service was just average. I had to call five times to get cutlery delivered to my room, and it only arrived two hours later. The front desk phone (00966114459500, then press 2 as prompted) was unreachable for two days straight when I had an urgent matter. It would just ring and then automatically hang up.

Excellent staff — very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We arrived well before check-in, and the team kindly arranged an early room, which was greatly appreciated. I can’t thank the staff at check-in, the restaurant, and room service enough for their hospitality, kindness, and respect. The room was large, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable king bed, plenty of power outlets, quiet and efficient air-conditioning, and good amenities. The buffet breakfast was very good, with daily variety, fresh juices, an omelette station cooked to order, a good bread selection, and decent machine coffee. Location as with 15 to 20 minutes from all attractions and malls. Ubers and Bolt was ready available. Sky bridge was walkable during cold but would be a challenge during the hot season. Down points: • Premium room was expected to be on a higher floor, but the room faced the roof line with no view. • Shower head would not stay in position and kept sliding down. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, with only minor room issues.

I've been using Trip.com for years, and this is the first time I've ever left such a negative review. I checked in late at night, only to find the door lock was ridiculously broken, almost falling off. When I went downstairs and immediately asked for a room change, the front desk acted as if they hadn't heard me, saying they'd send someone to fix it right away and told me to go back upstairs. Even though they managed to drill the nail back in, it felt like it would fall off again with just a push from the outside. I contacted Trip.com, and I overheard the front desk telling their customer service on the phone, 'It's OK. OK, just the safety lock.' Later, they told me it was fixed and to go back up. Throughout the entire negotiation process that evening, there wasn't a single apology. Is this what the Mercure brand has come to now? With the help of Trip.com customer service (Yanzi), I finally got a room change, utterly exhausted. I don't understand why they wouldn't switch rooms when there were clearly other rooms of the same type available. After a ten-hour flight, and no rest – who could give a good review? By the way, Yanzi was truly efficient and excellent at communication, a stark contrast to the speechless hotel staff. P.S. The location is excellent. Subway and supermarket are all conveniently available. Breakfast is around 100+ riyals; it's filling and even has congee, but it's not worth purchasing separately.

Amazing hotel! Room is spacious, bed is soft and very comfortable. We kindly requested later check-out since we checked in after midnight, and they accommodated our request. Room has a work table with stationery. Good toiletries and comfy bathrobes are provided. Concierge service is outstanding. The location is slightly far from all the main tourist attractions, so bear this in mind. Will definitely stay here again if traveling to Riyadh.

Mr. Salman from the reception desk greeted me. He was very respectful and professional, and he upgraded my reservation to a king room on the 12th floor with ease. They also provided a pillow menu for me to choose from, which was a unique idea! The breakfast was varied and delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back, God willing.
