The atmosphere is great, but you should choose a day with good weather because if the weather is bad and it's too hot, it will really ruin the trip. You'll have to look out the window of the train the whole time, and the sun will be too strong, making you feel hot.

Everyone who works there is very polite and helpful, making the experience truly great, and at times you feel like you're living 100 years in the past. If you have the time, it's a trip worth taking.

The whole journey takes 1 hour. Passengers can sit on the railings and look at the surrounding mountains and forests. It is highly recommended. It is best to join a one-day group (small group). In addition to the steam train, there is also a zoo with free wool shearing performances and penguin return to the nest program at night. It is very worthwhile.
