The Tianmen Mountain Cableway is the most popular route, whisking you directly from the city centre to the mountain's peak. As one of the longest cable car rides in the world, the views you'll soak in during the ascent are absolutely breathtaking.

The alternative route takes you on a scenic bus ride, winding up the mountain via the legendary 99-bend road. You'll pause near Heaven's Gate (Tianmen Cave) before continuing your ascent to the upper reaches.
