"I booked a one-week stay at this hotel, but the breakfast experience was incredibly disappointing. The facilities are inadequate; seating is extremely limited with only a few tables, making it nearly impossible to find a place to sit. The yogurt dispenser was difficult to use and frequently empty. Even when arriving at 8:30 AM, the station was already stripped bare—running out of eggs, fruit, yogurt, and muffins. The only fruit offered were oranges and bananas, which were also often out of stock. Overall, the breakfast service and management are very poor."

"The hotel is very big and our Room was on the other side of the lobby area but we had pool in the yard and a quiet Room so it was very nice. Also the service was good and you could just text to the reseption any request or questions and they answered quickly. We met Gru in the lobby one day, i dont know how much characters visit the hotel but it was nice to meet Gru. Overall We were happy with our stay."
