The reception service staff was good and helpful especially that lady who works in the day time. She has guided me on the whereabouts within the surrounding of the hotel. She recommended a nearby big mall within walking distance whereby you can find all the local stuffs including a food court at the top of the mall where you can get reasonable good Korean food. Hotel was conveniently surrounded by big shopping mall. Getting food & buying stuffs was relatively easy.

The five-star rating is for Zongzi (a staff member). They arranged for my luggage to arrive early, and the person who took over for me was excellent. On the downside, when checking out, there were a lot of staff members asking for good reviews. If a service is good, I'll naturally give one. For example, last time, they charged me 12 for the mini-bar and still asked for a good review, which I really didn't want to give. Otherwise, this time, I really felt like giving a 2-3 star rating. Some of the front desk staff I encountered this time were a bit lacking. It feels like the more I come, the less attention I receive. This time, I didn't get a room upgrade, though they did give me some fruit. If there's an empty room, they should definitely upgrade to improve the experience. For breakfast, if one portion is provided, it would be great if another could be offered for VIPs. None of the four of us went to eat. 1. There was an issue with the pillows in the room. I was too lazy to complain about it, but you can see in the video, there were hard lumps – I don't know what they were. If it weren't for Zongzi's excellent service, I would honestly consider giving a 2-3 star review. The Vianna next door is half your price, and their service was better when I went. But maybe it just depends on the person. 2. I overheard a department responsible for external car services – I don't know what it's called. This was a particularly unsatisfactory issue. They were complaining about a guest who parked to go upstairs to get something, saying that just because a guest spends a hundred yuan, they act like they're superior. To complain about guests when you're in the service industry – that's really not the standard you should have. Everyone has urgent matters sometimes. To speak ill of guests behind their backs, especially when you're supposed to be the best hotel in Jilin, is unacceptable. What's wrong with spending money? The hotel rooms aren't even worth this price; what you're paying for is the service. And then you talk behind our backs and nitpick.

I was on a business trip to Jilin City and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and it only ends at 10 am, which was perfect for me since I can't get out of bed easily. Parking was also convenient. The front desk staff patiently recommended nearby restaurants to me. The sweet and sour pork was quite good. I highly recommend this hotel. The bedding was incredibly soft, and the water was even from Baishui Mountain, haha. The toiletries were high-quality, the rooms were spacious, and most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent, resulting in a great night's sleep!

My trip to Yanji was a very pleasant one, and choosing this hotel really lived up to its reputation. First, the front desk staff and the VIP manager were all very warm and efficient with the check-in process. Second, the floor staff were incredibly attentive, and the room was clean and tidy. The room also came with complimentary snacks and drinks. Plus, it's conveniently located near everything. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

The room was very comfortable, the service attitude of the clerk was particularly good. I checked out at 12 o'clock but forgot the time after eating until after 12 o'clock. There was no urging, just asking if I wanted to extend my stay, which was very warm. The beautiful sister at the front desk sent drinks several times. There was a sister Feifei who was beautiful and gentle. The time in Yanjit was relatively short this time. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity~ (I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, only this little lion milk tea, ps. It's a bit too sweet)

The room was too small, the layout was fine, but the hallway was so narrow even for one person! It was impossible to get through with luggage. The hotel's location is good, right across from the subway station, but walking through the underpass to get there was a nightmare. Once you're in the underpass, it's impossible to tell left from right, and as a first-timer, I didn't know, so I dragged my suitcase up the stairs and nearly died from exhaustion! Later, I just walked on the surface, which was easier. There are restaurants all along the street behind the hotel, but only one bakery, and it was expensive! The hotel provides a complimentary fruit plate every day, which was a pleasant surprise, especially since it's hard for tourists like us to buy fruit when we're traveling but still want to eat some! Breakfast can be purchased on ** for 23.8 yuan per person, which is quite affordable. The food was just okay, but it was fair for the price.

My recent trip to Changchun led me to stay at the Shangri-La, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk service – it was incredibly efficient and thoughtful throughout. The staff always had a warm smile, patiently answered all my questions about local transportation and dining, and even proactively helped me arrange an early check-in. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel completely at ease, which is so comforting when you're away from home. The thoughtful room details were also a huge plus! The alarm clock by the bed actually has a built-in wireless charging function. I could just place my phone on it to charge – no more fumbling for chargers or dealing with tangled cords. For someone like me who often forgets their charger, this was incredibly practical. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. These two extra-special touches made the experience far exceed my expectations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Changchun and will wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends!

I highly recommend the Hilton Changbaishan! This stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we were welcomed with warm cookies upon check-in, which was such a sweet and comforting touch. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they actively responded to all our questions and patiently provided answers, making communication very smooth. The dining options were also excellent. The buffet on the first floor offered a wide variety of fresh food, and the Korean restaurant on the second floor served authentic dishes, so we never had to worry about what to eat. Getting around was also hassle-free; the hotel helped arrange taxis to Erdaobaihe Town, and the cost was transparent with no hidden fees. I especially recommend buying tickets for the Rime Rafting directly from the hotel – it's convenient and reliable, and the assigned driver was super nice, making the whole experience pleasant. What was even more surprising were the complimentary skiing and hot spring experiences provided by the hotel; they were top-notch and we had an amazing time. Next time I visit Changbaishan, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

I rarely leave reviews or give likes, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, and I genuinely want to rave about it! It's a hotel with a strong sense of design, and the owner clearly has great taste, from the old-fashioned music playing on the record player when you walk in to the stunning feature wall! The highlight, though, was the front desk staff, especially one young man whose service was absolutely impeccable! He spoke softly and gently, and was incredibly accommodating. I felt a bit embarrassed asking for so many things, but he always maintained a smiling, thoughtful service, and even recommended many great places to eat and visit! He was so wonderful, I wanted to take him home with me!! From the design of the rooms to the service from the staff, this place is flawless. It's also very close to the popular photo op spots and has an excellent location, making it convenient to get everywhere. I loved this trip, and I love this hotel. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come with my family next time. If possible, I hope the owner opens another one in Zhejiang – I'll be there to support it!

I highly recommend the Changchun Xinfa Hotel (Shanghai Road Wanda Plaza Branch)! The hotel's location is superb, very close to Changchun Railway Station and People's Square. It's also just a ten-minute walk to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The room's cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. What surprised me most was the配套服务 (complimentary services). The free laundry room and fitness center were incredibly practical, and the robot service added a lot of convenience and fun. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and responded promptly. For a budget hotel, the environment and services offered here provide exceptional value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and family travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changchun!
