Always smiling, available, and very helpful, he greatly contributes to the quality of the experience. This isn't my first stay at the Hilton, and every visit when Jihed is present, I naturally turn to him. His sense of service, efficiency, and attention to detail make all the difference. The hotel was far from the airport but it was worth the drive, the beach was right by the hotel, the staffs are absolutely pleasant , English wasn't too good but they all tried to communicate. The rooms were bright and beautifully laid with welcome chocolate and towel folded to make a lovely penguin
