At 9:00am, someone opened my room door. I immediately called the front desk and checked who it was, but they did not call back. As I called the front desk one more time, they said it was house keeping staff. But I put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign and even more, they did not knock on the door. I talked to the hotel manager and the housekeeping staff went for a direct apology. Instead of apologies, the staff was yelling at me and hiding from me. This is a serious violation of privacy and safety, but they do not resolve this problem as I contacted with the hotel customer service.

Room is clean and breakfast is nice. Price is quite fair with such facility. Just towel is a bit old. Definitely, I will come back for my next business trip in Aachen.

Here I reserve always when I come to Aachen since 5 years. Perfect and price fare. Good breakfast. Happy to suggest. They gave me even free parking in front of hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The room is comfortable and quite; the breakfast was lovely and we made our own waffles (took 3 mins but it was worthwhile)

The Hotel was very nice. Nice big rooms,great shower,nice staff and decent breakfast. The rooms could really do with a fridge,as they don't have a restaurant and if you bought a salad our sandwiches you had know where to keep them cool. Also, if 2 people staying in a room,more coffee and milk is required. You can ask reception for extra coffee and milk,but be better if they can at least give you 4 coffee instead of 2

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch – everything was spotless and well-maintained. The price was very reasonable for what you get, offering great value compared to other options in the area.

Great hotel, clean and good size rooms. Nice bar and good breakfast

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The staff are really friendly. The facilities are not so great ,i was checked in a room which had a leaking sink in the bathroom. The breakfast was average, there is need for more variety and hot food. The milk was warm and not hot.

Well located near the bus stop. Staffs are nice and warm. Will be back

A good value for money hotel. The only drawback is that the parking fee is 20 euros. The breakfast is okay, but not very rich. The location is also okay and relatively easy to find.
