Our stay at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of elegance, warmth and genuine hospitality. It was the perfect setting for spending quality time together, and every member of our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience. What truly elevated our stay was the outstanding level of service. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Adeel, Si, Yasin, Fiska, Jalal, Shaming, Fazal, Saidiya (Manager), Delawar, Mahesh (Chef), Manoosa, Chef Lithin, Sashi, Sajan, Alex and Amel. Every one of them was exceptionally helpful, attentive and welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team, who did a wonderful job keeping our rooms beautifully clean, fresh and comfortable every day. Their hard work and attention to detail certainly did not go unnoticed. The hotel facilities were wonderful. We especially loved the beautiful, clean swimming pool and the stunning sandy beach. The beach was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine and take in the peaceful surroundings. Everything was beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday atmosphere. The breakfast selection was superb, offering an impressive variety of fresh and delicious choices. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was excellent. A special thank you to Mahesh, Chef Lithin and the entire culinary team for making our dining experiences so enjoyable. We also loved the Shisha experience — beautifully presented, relaxing and perfectly suited to the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. It was lovely to sit back, unwind and enjoy the surroundings together. The hotel has a wonderful sense of luxury, tranquillity and sophistication, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming feel. Whether enjoying breakfast, relaxing by the pool, spending time on the beach or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings, we felt completely at ease. This was more than just a hotel stay — it was a beautiful experience filled with wonderful hospitality, exceptional service, great food, relaxation and memories that we will cherish. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, including the wonderful housekeeping staff, for looking after us so beautifully. We all had an incredible time and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended — we cannot wait to come back! ❤️✨🌴

The public areas are beautiful, and the pool water is super clean. Even in February, it didn't feel cold. The staff thoughtfully helped set up towels and provided ice buckets. The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again.

I requested a late check-out for my late flight the next day. They happily accommodated my request, which was a great help. I hadn't eaten Japanese food in a long time, so I went to the sushi restaurant they recommended, and it was delicious – I polished it all off! 😍

Spent at this hotel 4 days, everything at this hotel is worth every penny. Good sized rooms, specious bathroom, clean all over, customer service is excellent, reception is very helpful and friendly, the cafe and restaurant area is excellent, the foods and beverages are also excellent. The pool is great and looks like fun but we didn't get the chance to use it due to the heat. The gym is ok, it can be a bit improved considering it's a 5 stars hotel, but it's more than enough for your average workout. Everything at this hotel is excellent. The only bad experience we had it was nothing to do with the hotel but our next door neighbour for only one night they were on the balcony at 2 am and talking loudly and laughing loudly too. I had to call the reception to get them quite and into a normal civilised hbehaviour. It's just luck, you get low class people in a high class place which it proves that you can't buy class. Would I book here again? Absolutely, in fact I'll book again at this hotel in a couple of months.

My experience at the Radisson Blu hotel, unfortunately, wasn't what I expected. I was anticipating a much better standard from a hotel bearing the Radisson Blu name, but from the moment I walked in, I felt the hotel was old and in clear need of renovation, both in terms of decor, furniture, and room details. What I disliked most was how cramped the rooms were; they didn't provide the sense of comfort or luxury I'd anticipated, especially considering the price and the hotel's brand. The furniture and design also seemed dated, and the overall atmosphere wasn't comfortable for me. I travel and stay in many hotels, and I understand that each hotel offers a different standard and experience. However, for me, this experience wasn't successful, and I didn't feel the hotel reflected the level I'd come to expect from Radisson Blu. I hope the management pays more attention to renovating the rooms, updating the furniture and decor, and improving the comfort level and spaciousness, as the location and name deserve a much better experience. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I didn't like the hotel and didn't feel comfortable in the rooms. I don't think I'll repeat my stay in its current state.

We recently stayed at Sheraton Khalidiya for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money, with a convenient location, clean surroundings, and spacious rooms. The breakfast selection was also good and provided a nice start to the day. On the downside, sound insulation could be improved as we could hear noise from the upper floors. We also experienced some issues with the bathroom during our stay. The shower drainage was not working properly, causing water to accumulate, and the shower holder was loose, making it difficult to keep the showerhead in place without holding it. Despite these maintenance concerns, the hotel remains a comfortable option with friendly facilities, good breakfast, and spacious accommodations.

The room was great, and the price was very reasonable. The bathroom was also good. The location is decent, with a Chinese supermarket and a small Chinese restaurant not too far away. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded me to a suite for free. It was a really pleasant experience overall.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally, the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room . To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet, didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding, the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean, the room had an unpleasant smell The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well. The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained. Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice, just go to the basement you will see your car, that was very strange however I continued to do that, that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant. I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival . It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Villaggio Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. Staff members are very polite, professional, and always ready to assist. The housekeeping team does an excellent job keeping everything tidy. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast spread was fresh and had a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to stay—highly recommended for both short and long visits.

Location is generally good. It was pretty quiet. The room and bathroom are rather small. Central a/c. It was very, very cold at night, even with a/c turned off. A good choice for undemanding traveler. Kettle, two tea bags and instant coffee, two bottles of water.
