Remember that the hotel actually has standard rooms, but they are not listed on Ctrip; and two men are not allowed to stay in one room 😂

I thought the room had enough facilities for the price. I think the cleanliness was high, but only lukewarm water came out. I couldn't find a hair dryer. It's cheap, so it's reasonable, but I doubt it's a five-star hotel. I used the gym, sauna and massage. The gym was noisy. Sauna was good. The massage room was next to the gym and was so noisy that I couldn't relax. The restaurant was insanely delicious.

The hotel staff were very helpful and took us to apply for a bank card, but the network was a bit slow.

It's not a five-star standard at all, especially the bed sheets, there's no way to rate it.

Everyone was very hostile, the room was fine, and the area is safe and sound, not far from the UNECA compound I enjoyed the stay very much.

The hot shower is amazing , the rooms are well maintained and big in size . The view at the balcony is breathtaking and the staff services are amazing. The food is delicious and the location access to banks , parks and museums is quite impressive. I would definitely recommend

I spent a week at The Grand Palace Hotel and everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. The gym was impressive, large, well-equipped, and perfect for a serious workout. The spa services were excellent, offering a great variety of massages. The location felt very safe, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Thank you, Grand Palace Hotel, you’ll definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Addis Ababa again.

Great location, great staff and the rooms are huge and well lit and serviced. My main complaint is the breakfast which has no variety and is not kept hot throughout the breakfast period.
