"I loved loved this hotel! The service was amazing. I came in early because my train arrived to Agra in the morning and they were so kind to allow me to check in early. The staff was extremely helpful! Anything I need they were willing to help. Location wise is 10 mins from Taj Mahal and you can take an Uber for 100 rupees. The food in the hotel is very good as well, I have chicken tikka masala and was to die for! Anyways I highly recommend this hotel. Hilton always hits the expectations"

"The service level is excellent, all staff are well trained and breakfast was excellent too. The head of chef walked by and asked us is there anything else we would like to order. Besides, this location is also strategic, about 6km from Taj Mahal and next door is a shopping mall. The cleanliness is excellent too. I highly recommended."

I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr .
I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ...
The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty Manager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy..

"There was a wedding the night we stayed at this hotel. The rooms surrounding ours were those who attended the wedding. They were very loud once the wedding was over and they returned to their rooms. We called the desk to complain and instead of talking to the guests being loud, they asked us if we wanted to move our room. This was 1:30 am. They should have spoken to those disturbing others to be quiet instead of asking us if we wanted to move rooms."

GGuest UserVery friendly family. We had a late late late check-in but they all were waiting for us until then. Highly recommend this homestay as everything was so clean and you feel like your own home. The breakfast was so tasty (especially the Aloo Paratha). The location is so good as it's only a 15 minute walk to Taj Mahal and located in a very calm neighborhood.

GGuest UserWe had a very comfortable stay at hotel ten square. The room was spacious, the bathroom was spotlessly clean. There was enough natural light coming into the room and they also had double curtains. The location was excellent since it was just about one kilometre away from the taj mahal entry gate and with a few hotels located nearby, there were ample auto rickshaws available at the gate always.

GGuest Userbreakfast has a very limited 2-3 items compared to the price. though they have a jacuzzi but they ensured that it should get used by removing the nob of the tap. though it's mentioned that guarantees 2 hours prior check in but they denied rooms before actual time. we had to stand there for 15-20 minutes as the receptionist was busy having his personal works rather than welcoming the guest. very poor management

Breakfast we asked for packed sandwiches and service was prompt too. Good for a night stay. However Hotel floor and bathroom can be cleaner . Water heater works fine too although old
