The location is fantastic! It's only a 3-minute walk to Port of Airlie (where the ferries from Hamilton Island dock), and less than a 10-minute walk to Woolworths (navigation might take you the long way, but you can cut across the lawn). The three-bedroom unit we booked with our friends was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus, especially for families traveling together.

Excellent location, visible right after getting off the ferry, and only a few minutes' walk to the town center.

This is a perfect place for families. Location is quiet but it’s close to bars and night life. Spacious apartments, outstanding view from the balcony, swimming pool which is open until 10pm, everything is clean and tidy. The location is quiet but close to bars and night life

Absolutely lovely staff at reception. Went above and beyond with relocating my room closer to the birthday girl. Room was absolutely stunning. Everything is perfectly close and is walking distance. Will most definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic location and accomodation

During the Spring Festival, the family chose a houseboat for a trip. The apartment is fully equipped with tableware, pots, gas stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves for 4-5 people, and washing machines and dryers in the bathroom, but the facilities are a little old (there are some moldy marks on the rubber strips of the washing machine, and there are some odors in the kitchen drawer). In addition, it is not recommended to go to Airlie Beach during the Spring Festival in China. It was rainy season. I stayed for three nights. The drizzle kept coming and going. I couldn't take a sightseeing plane to see the heart-shaped reef, and the scenery of White Heaven Beach was also greatly discounted. The humidity in the hotel is very high. The air conditioner needs to be turned on to 23 degrees, and then the electric fan is turned on to keep it dry and fresh, otherwise it will trigger the alarm in the room. The temperature was raised before going to bed on the first night. The alarm rang wildly in the middle of the night, which scared people in their sleep. The apartment is not far from the main street (eating supermarket) and the lake. There is a cafe downstairs of the apartment. Overall, it is recommended.

The location is excellent, the view outside the window is pleasant, the hotel room facilities are very complete, all kinds of tableware and dishwashers, washing machines, etc. The balcony is very comfortable, sitting there to drink, drink tea, chat and read books is very nice!

It was sticky everywhere, and no one cleaned the room during our two-day stay. There was no service at all. We checked out at 10 o'clock, and the car came to pick us up at around 11 o'clock. We couldn't check out any later. We packed our luggage and sat in the lobby waiting for the car.

The bathroom facilities are a bit old. The facilities are quite complete, the house is spacious, the balcony overlooks the port, and it is also close to the town on foot. It is very good for family travel

I came to Airlie Beach for the Great Barrier Reef, a small town with a developed tourism industry. There are no big chain hotels. This hotel was recommended by Ctrip. After actually going there, I found that it was very consistent with the introduction picture! The room is large, the facilities are new and well maintained. The location is very close to the main street in the center of the town. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk. It is on flat ground, unlike many nearby hotels that have to walk uphill to get in and out. The only thing to note is that this hotel does not provide room cleaning services, and you have to take the trash to the designated location every day. During the Spring Festival, I met many compatriots and I felt that at least half of the residents were Chinese.
