Located in the city center close to pedestrian street, there are bus stops and shops nearby. Very conveniently located on the ground floor, facilities are good, no smell or moisture. The negative side is that one half of the hotel is facing the busy road, I couldn't sleep until 3am, then lost consciousness, and couldn't function the next day. I will bring sound insulation material with me next time to seal the window completely and permanently to make it liveable.

I paid 20,000KZT deposit by card at the property, but It it has not been refunded. I am waiting more than 3weeks. They do not reply my message and do not answer my calling though they already read my text.

Walkable distance to one of the shopping mall. Also to many shops around the My outside view is up on the wall. Did not sleep well due to noise over water pipe Might want to go for other place if stayinf long period .

Despite having a dated feel, the room was actually quite comfortable. I had requested a quiet room but was given a room facing the busy road, so immediately went back to reception and was moved to the quiet side of the building. The hot water took ages to come through when showering. A good location.

I really recommend this hotel for friends, solo travelers and couples.

Good hotel, simple. But it has problem with Wi-Fi internet for all 5 days. So, if it's critical, better ask before book for long time.

Okay place, especially if you only need a place to sleep

Room was rather small but acceptable for the price we paid.The location is great. Its a 3 min walk to a big mall called MEGA Park.

good enough, if a bit expensive. fridge but no kettle. small room, big bed.
