Highly recommended because location is in the heart of Alor Setar. Walking distance to many attractions But bring your own shampoo and shower gel because they will just give u universal shampoo Ample free parking

Stayed at The Jerai Hotel Alor Setar recently and overall it was a good experience. The staff were really friendly and we got a welcome drink when checking in, which was a nice touch after traveling. The location is great, right in the middle of town, so it’s easy to get around and find food or places to visit. The room was clean, which I really appreciated. It’s a bit on the small side, and the lift is quite tight too, but manageable if you’re not carrying too much. Breakfast was okay – not amazing, but enough to start the day. Parking is available, which is super convenient if you're driving. One thing to note: there aren’t any facilities like a swimming pool or gym, so it’s more for a simple, no-frills kind of stay. All in all, it’s a clean, comfortable place with good service and a great location. Would recommend for short stays or business trips!

The bed not the best, this price with this facility, actually not good, the bath waters in the not hot, very disappointed!!

This hotel full of Charlie. Feedback to them but no action taken. Charlie crawling on the bed and iron board. Charlie is everywhere.

Warmth n smooth check in n out.. Managed to upgrade from superior to deluxe room.. Cozy n quite big room.: Location is great as it’s located in town area..

Old towel  Aircond not cool

Located right in the city center, quite close to Pekan Rabu. There's a secured parking area in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, well-equipped with complete amenities, and the breakfast selection was good. There's also a small café-style stall outside the hotel with some seating. It's a nice spot for those who want to lepak nearby while enjoying a caffeine fix. The drink selection is limited but tasty. I especially missed their matcha latte — definitely worth trying!

Staircase to lobby makes it difficult to bring luggages. But the room nice and clean. Comfort bed.

The room condition is slightly rundown. Suggest to improve the room condition.

I have been staying here since many years ago. They have improved lot of things from their checked in desk, maintenance, room etc. Do not hesitate to stay here if you are in alor setar.
