"I have stayed at this hotel more than once and have never yet been disappointed! The rooms are clean and smelt of fresh linen as I entered the room! The boys and girls were very efficient and when I requested softer pillows .....it was very quickly and efficiently dealt with! As a solo female travel I felt safe at the hotel and plenty of parking directly in front of the premises helped alot! Checking in and checking out were made simple as I had booked online. Heartily recommend this place and I will be back!"

"The ABC Ampang building offers great convenience with a supermarket right downstairs. You can easily pick up pre-cut fruits like pineapple, watermelon, and guava, usually found near the cashier. Plus, there's a good selection of eateries like Llaollao, BingXue, and 4fingers, among others. The unit also features a smart TV, so you can log in to your Netflix account."

"Great location with ample parking. There are also several eateries conveniently located around the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and tidy. It had a simple yet functional layout, and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The bathroom featured strong water pressure and hot water, and the bed with its mattress and pillows was very comfortable."

"I had a good stay at StarCity Hotel in Kedah. The room was clean and comfortable, with working air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to shops and places to eat. Breakfast had a nice variety and tasted good. Wi-Fi was fast and free. Parking was easy and safe. "Stayed at The Jerai Hotel Alor Setar recently and overall it was a good experience. The staff were really friendly and we got a welcome drink when checking in, which was a nice touch after traveling. The location is great, right in the middle of town, so it’s easy to get around and find food or places to visit. The room was clean, which I really appreciated. It’s a bit on the small side, and the lift is quite tight too, but manageable if you’re not carrying too much. Breakfast was okay – not amazing, but enough to start the day. Parking is available, which is super convenient if you're driving. One thing to note: there aren’t any facilities like a swimming pool or gym, so it’s more for a simple, no-frills kind of stay. All in all, it’s a clean, comfortable place with good service and a great location. Would recommend for short stays or business trips!"

Yg syoknya very spacious. •TV besor(tv LG)- ada SMART TV •ada iron board (even it is mini, but still usefull and iron provided - extra point sebab nowadays hotel semua buat bilik iron dkt luar) •mini sejadah •aircond hadap katil •banyak socket (total 5) •peti ais mini (baru, bersih n sejuk) •free dental kit •toilet -luas, bersih, cantik, nampak premium, water heater well functioned, extra point sbb ada pili air, senang utk ambil wudhu. Lurve toilet dia sbb ada 3 punca air boleh guna (paip near to toilet bowl, pili air under water heater and paip water heater) Semuaaaaa best dri service, layanan staff, bilik and so on. Cumanya takda kemudahan berdekatan(kedai makan/kedai runcit), just ada nearby lotus (as for solo traveller with no transport, boleh ja jalan kaki) and jauh sikitttt dri pusat bandar. Overall 9/10"
