Is an old hotel, basic amenities, cleanliness is average.
The sound proof in the room is poor, you can hear dogs barking, cats meow-ing, your neighbours talking, water sound (from showering), worse is when you have no etiquette neighbours who shouted, running, banging their room door early in the morning.
If you are light sleeper and sensitive to noise, please do not book this hotel as there are many other good hotels nearby.
While apart from that, the staffs are nice and friendly.

Booked 4 nights for our 10th Anniversary. Received email prior to this congratulating us and saying they will prepare complimentary towel art and a coconut.
However they forgot about this and there was no towel art or anything special prepared. The guy doing the check-in asked if there was a special occasion and then they prepared the coconut with a personalized afterwards as an afterthought. The guy who delivered the coconut however took away a pack of complimentary peanuts which left us abit dumbfounded but we did not pursue.
Room was ok, could tell that the hotel was abit old with some slight wear and tear. No smart TV in room - considering the price we paid, not worth it. I've lived in other homestays in Bali at a fraction of a cost with smart TVs. Ok stay but wont be patronising again.

This hotel was the last one on our trip and without a doubt the best. The service was personalized and very attentive from Lia and Navi. They made us feel comfortable at all times; they are excellent workers! The breakfast was one of the best and most varied we've ever had, the facilities were very comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring. If you're looking for a hotel to relax in, this is the place. I assure you that your hosts, Lia and Navi, will treat you like at home. Thank you for the excellent service and greetings from Chile!
