Regent Hotels in Bali

Having stayed in so many top five-star hotels and resort hotels, I was rarely touched by the service. It should be said that it is difficult to be touched by the good service. But Canggu Regent Bali really touched us all [blow kiss R] We arrived at the hotel front desk at around 1pm and checked in first. At this time, there was still more than an hour before the check-in time. Because I asked the front desk attendant for a thermometer (the child’s father was a little uncomfortable and wanted to see if he had a fever), the front desk immediately paid attention to it. Not only did they get the thermometer immediately, but they also asked if we needed any other help. They took the initiative to let us check in and rest in other cleaned rooms first (at this time, they had already informed us that they would upgrade us to a suite for free, which was convenient for a family of three to check in). At 3 o'clock, we were notified that we could go to our room, and the waiter was already waiting. During the entire 2-day stay, no matter where we wanted to go, we didn’t call once. As soon as we went out, it seemed that there was a car waiting for us to pick us up, and we could get on the car immediately [snicker R] It seemed that they knew when we needed the car, which was really amazing. We booked a 2-day 1-night stay. Normally, there is no double spa on the platform (it should be a benefit for staying for more than 2 nights), but the hotel actually gave it to us. The next day, my two adults made an appointment to go to a sound therapy class, and we didn’t return to the hotel until 5 o’clock (the flight was at 12 o’clock in the morning). The child had nowhere to go, and they actually helped us delay check-out until 5 o’clock so that the child could wait for us in the room [crying R] During the day, I saw the hotel maintenance staff doing various meticulous maintenance very carefully, and they wiped the stains on the outdoor chairs meticulously. This kind of attentiveness is also touching! The hotel is just outside the bustling small shop in Canggu, and there are all kinds of popular cafes and restaurants, which is very convenient!
