Clean room nice staff and near attractions place, i will be back

Facilities: Excellent, with a gym, restaurant, and shuttle service all available. Cleanliness: Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, and the service was polite. Environment: The surrounding area is lively, with 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants. Service: Smiling, friendly, and professional.

Great place in “Liitle Tokyo” of Bangkok. Recommend you go next door to Grand Centre Point and try the Japanese style bath on 5th floor. Costs 750 baht but it is amazing.

We booked a 2-room suite that can put up to 8 pax. It would be best if there is a 3-room suite available in this facility. Facility should put up hooks in the bathroom for hanging of our clothing. Housekeeping is pretty late, usually in the late afternoon when we are back from our activities. Other than the 1st day, for the rest of our stay we have to keep calling housekeeping to make-up our suite. Check-in staff and concierge/ bell service staff are great and very helpful. Buffet breakfast is just above average, surprised that the omelette is just plain eggs with no cheese, ham, mushroom, onion or any other ingredients.

For individuals I don’t like deco style, otherwise is good.

Hotel checkin was smooth and fast. Swimming pool is quite spacey and few people to use it which was very pleasant. The room has all amenities although the window blinds are insufficient to darken the room especially during sunrise.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff are friendly and will always take the time to help. Only drawback of this service apartment/hotel is its location. While there is a shuttle between the BTS and hotel, service is available only until 5pm.

Large apartment, with washer and microwave. A lovely balcony. Staffs are friendly. Shuttle service is excellent.
