GGuest UserA wonderful place for recreation 🫶 lived 2 families from 25 to 30 December in the smallest villa, all this time with us were wonderful Steve and Muhammad. Steve took us all over the island wherever we wanted and took us from anywhere, thank you Steve 🙏Muhammed also took care that our rest was careless, helped to organize the washing, Organized us a tour to the sea 🙏ville clean every day, there is everything necessary for cooking food (we did not prepare TK on the sairi a lot of delicious cafes). I definitely recommend this place for rest, very atmospheric and comfortable, in the surrounding jungle ❤️

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at Kupu Kupu. It would be nice if the hotel could also offer complimentary water at the pool in the high temperatures. The pool was not cooled and the water was very very warm. Here and there the cleanliness could be better. It was a nice stay, but in the price category you can at least expect this. Thank you!

SSvtloveartWe arrived with three friends and booked a deluxe room, but another person joined us mid-stay. Upon check-in, they asked for everyone's passports (and made copies), refused to upgrade our room, and also refused to allow all four of us to share the same room. But our friend was lucky; there was one standard room available, so we booked it. Excellent hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, with vouchers, and there are cakes and a variety of desserts. We really enjoyed it.

After finding out my villa was at the highest part of the facility I switched it around to say there’s my daily workout :) The amenities although not new tech, are comfortable, clean and nicely secured. AAnonymous UserA wonderful beach hotel! The grounds aren't huge, but they're very green and well-maintained. The bungalows are super cozy and charming. From any bungalow, it's no more than a 1-minute walk to the beach. There's a restaurant on-site serving both European and Thai cuisine. For breakfast, I even found oatmeal with mango! The beach is beautiful and long enough for a nice stroll. The sand is incredibly soft and fine. It does get a bit shallow at low tide. There's a Seven-Eleven about a 7-minute walk from the hotel along the main road.

GGuest UserBeautiful location along a calm bay with coral reef only a couple of feet into the water . Room was clean and very comfortable. We had two children aged 9 and 14 and they felt safe and welcome at the location . The beds for the children were not included in the booking and additional fee had to be paid upon arrival , this was the only strange option as our booking party stated the exact number of guests. We ate at the restaurant and the food quality was very good albeit a little more expensive than the surrounding restaurants. We would return to this place again in the future

Fff88Bans! Been in and out this place throughout the years since 2015 and kept coming back wether I dive or just having a chill trip in koh tao. Bans, was by far MY FAV for many reasons. Location is great, big resorts, i am in love with pool with cafe (behind the lake) and their outdoor shower + amenities! I enjoy my morning dips, my painting session, my coffee and books afternoon. Just this time round, it was just a tad different feelings and experience. Mostly are still great but theres confusion of the room booked and the actual room itself (i reckon website needs to be updated and clearer details) and a minor incident where I have to pay additional 1 night just because the reception didn’t remember that Ive paid which partly my fault for not asking receipt and or prove of payment. Also, Bans used to be having such a great team member in service but ive came across some that’s quite cold and impatient unfortunately this time round unfortunately. sad 😢 and last thing my room floor were sandy meaning the room cleaning isnt that immaculate. Hopefully, next time I go back “home” this feeling was just such indifference and bans will still be me fav.
