GGuest UserA wonderful place for recreation 🫶 lived 2 families from 25 to 30 December in the smallest villa, all this time with us were wonderful Steve and Muhammad. Steve took us all over the island wherever we wanted and took us from anywhere, thank you Steve 🙏Muhammed also took care that our rest was careless, helped to organize the washing, Organized us a tour to the sea 🙏ville clean every day, there is everything necessary for cooking food (we did not prepare TK on the sairi a lot of delicious cafes). I definitely recommend this place for rest, very atmospheric and comfortable, in the surrounding jungle ❤️

The room are spacious and clean but the main issue of this hotel is most of the room apart from the beach front which are under renovation, are absolutely not isolated. You can see from your room and the mini pool the staff', Clients, dogs cats etc passing by. No real beach front unfortunately. Nice sunset So definitely not worth the price. I think better quality for the price in koh phangan Also went to the spa ”l 'occitane” and I do think it is really a joke. Small room with only some occitane products to sell. That 's was surprising...

GGuest UserI want to leave a review about this hotel. The location is good; the only downside is the loud music in the evening and late into the night coming from the central beach. The room has all the necessary toiletries, including earplugs and razors. The bungalow-style rooms are the best thing here, because overall there are significantly more negatives. The service is not very good — the staff at the reception and in the restaurant seem indifferent. The beach is a bit dirty, with a lot of small stones that make it uncomfortable to walk. The sea is very shallow, and you have to walk quite far to get deep enough to swim. If you just want to lie around and relax like a hippo, it might suit you. The food in the restaurant is of a low standard. The room costs almost $190 per night, but the variety of food is very limited, and the products don’t seem to be of good quality. Cheese at breakfast was even served in its packaging. The only thing that really saves this hotel is the view from the room. We chose an ocean view. The hotel also offers free snorkeling masks.

SSvtloveartWe arrived with three friends and booked a deluxe room, but another person joined us mid-stay. Upon check-in, they asked for everyone's passports (and made copies), refused to upgrade our room, and also refused to allow all four of us to share the same room. But our friend was lucky; there was one standard room available, so we booked it. Excellent hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, with vouchers, and there are cakes and a variety of desserts. We really enjoyed it.

AAnonymous UserA wonderful beach hotel! The grounds aren't huge, but they're very green and well-maintained. The bungalows are super cozy and charming. From any bungalow, it's no more than a 1-minute walk to the beach. There's a restaurant on-site serving both European and Thai cuisine. For breakfast, I even found oatmeal with mango! The beach is beautiful and long enough for a nice stroll. The sand is incredibly soft and fine. It does get a bit shallow at low tide. There's a Seven-Eleven about a 7-minute walk from the hotel along the main road.

GGuest UserThe hotel matches the description: a cozy bay, good service, tasty breakfast, and a great location close to nature. We came mainly for snorkeling, but during these two days there were small waves and poor visibility — something impossible to predict. The forest bungalows with one bathroom shared between two rooms are tiny. We booked both rooms since there were three of us, and that worked fine, but sharing the bungalow with strangers would be questionable. Soundproofing in the bungalows is weak. We could hear a lot at night — frogs and other wildlife were singing all night long. Bring earplugs if you need silence. Breakfast was delicious, although some items listed on the menu were not available. Dinner in the evening was also quite good. The transfer picked us up from the pier and brought us safely to the hotel. We used the same transfer on the way back, but it was paid — the hotel offers one free ride. On the beach, there are indeed very few sun loungers and chairs for all guests. There are a couple of nice cafes on the beach for variety, but during the day many tourists come and it can be hard to find a place to sit. Overall, we had a great two-day stay.

Fff88Bans! Been in and out this place throughout the years since 2015 and kept coming back wether I dive or just having a chill trip in koh tao. Bans, was by far MY FAV for many reasons. Location is great, big resorts, i am in love with pool with cafe (behind the lake) and their outdoor shower + amenities! I enjoy my morning dips, my painting session, my coffee and books afternoon. Just this time round, it was just a tad different feelings and experience. Mostly are still great but theres confusion of the room booked and the actual room itself (i reckon website needs to be updated and clearer details) and a minor incident where I have to pay additional 1 night just because the reception didn’t remember that Ive paid which partly my fault for not asking receipt and or prove of payment. Also, Bans used to be having such a great team member in service but ive came across some that’s quite cold and impatient unfortunately this time round unfortunately. sad 😢 and last thing my room floor were sandy meaning the room cleaning isnt that immaculate. Hopefully, next time I go back “home” this feeling was just such indifference and bans will still be me fav.
