Great
GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at this resort. The staff were great and very helpful. They offered a shuttle to and from the pier which was great. They had scooter located right at the hotel to rent which is definitely they way to get around and explore koh Tao, don’t try to get around by vehicle it takes too long. The resort itself was amazing, breakfast was great and because its location up on the hill it made for some really awesome sunset pictures. The restaurant closes at 3 but honestly there are so many great restaurants in town that you will want to head there for dinner. The location might be the best part as koh Tao is a pretty busy little island and so it is nice to get out of the chaos so you can relax a bit in peace. Overall this resort was an amazing experience and I would definitely stay here again. Don’t listen to some of the other reviews, I was skeptical about staying here after I had read some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised once we got to the resort.

Great
VValeriiaA good hotel in harmony with nature, a very quiet place, but also wild, you can't walk anywhere and there are no other restaurants nearby, except for two beach ones. The pool is large, clean. Breakfasts were delicious and varied every day. The pillows are very soft, the mattresses are comfortable.
Of the minuses: upon arrival, everyone was offered a welcome drink, but not us for some reason. Also, there was hot water only on the first day at lunchtime upon check-in, on the other days it was warm, and on the last day of our stay we washed ourselves in an ice-cold shower, like in a one-star hotel, this really spoiled the impression.
The hotel restaurant cooks breakfasts well, but when we came in the evening for dinner, it was like a different establishment with terribly tasteless food, we ordered pizza - it was dry, the sausage was salty, a lot of tasteless ketchup. We also ordered pasta carbonara - it tastes better, but it turned out to be greasy and the taste is also not good.
GGuest UserOnly stayed for a night. The room was clean but right next to someone raising Cockerels. They start at ~6.30 and don't stop, also loud music being played from 8 at the same place. Didn't have the best night sleep.

GGuest UserBreakfast is OK but nothing special. Already had a more extensive offer.
Dinner in the restaurant is very good.
The accommodation - we had a bungalow (a suite according to the description) - for 4 people with a sea view. Very nice.
The beach section is dirty and not ideal for swimming. There are 2 beautiful pools, but we searched in vain for the pool bar.

GGuest UserI stayed one week there and appreciated every day.
- Lonely island feeling far from the world.
It's a must to stay to avoid the crowd of 11am/2pm and have a chunk of paradise for yourself outside those hours. Particularly to avoid the queue to climb the hill.
- Amazing sunset and view from the top of the hill every day.
- The staff was so caring and nice. Particularly mister Tei and miss Been while I became sick the last day.
- Diving center right on your doorstep.
- free shuttle boat to Koh Tao every day if you miss the civilization
- every bungalow have good orientation for the view.
- internet was ok.
- The shower pressure might bother some but it's not a problem under this weather.
It would be better to start to pay attention of the effect of the crowd on the nature to preserve it though. The people coming for 2/3h are so careless(i saw shoes, straw, bottles...even socks! Forgotten)
Maybe best to raise the price of the room and only allow resort resident to enter, to control the flow of people on the island without losing revenue.

Fff88Bans! Been in and out this place throughout the years since 2015 and kept coming back wether I dive or just having a chill trip in koh tao. Bans, was by far MY FAV for many reasons. Location is great, big resorts, i am in love with pool with cafe (behind the lake) and their outdoor shower + amenities! I enjoy my morning dips, my painting session, my coffee and books afternoon. Just this time round, it was just a tad different feelings and experience. Mostly are still great but theres confusion of the room booked and the actual room itself (i reckon website needs to be updated and clearer details) and a minor incident where I have to pay additional 1 night just because the reception didn’t remember that Ive paid which partly my fault for not asking receipt and or prove of payment. Also, Bans used to be having such a great team member in service but ive came across some that’s quite cold and impatient unfortunately this time round unfortunately. sad 😢 and last thing my room floor were sandy meaning the room cleaning isnt that immaculate. Hopefully, next time I go back “home” this feeling was just such indifference and bans will still be me fav.

MMaxSGreat choise for all aspects!
It is located close to all activities in Sairee beach, all best restaurants and daily goods saling shops, but it is quiet, no disturbance from parties or walking street noise. Hotel located in quite corner.
Update: staff (front desk and housekeepers) speaks English as well (Trip.com description mentioned only Thai and Sweden as spoken languages).
Room was clean and convinient with 24 hours hot water nd electricity supply.
Owner allowed us to check out later, but did not charge anything, special thanks for that.
If we will come back to Koh Tao, definately this hotel will be our primary choice.

GGuest UserPros:
Hotel in a very central location on Sairee Beach.
Beautiful, well-equipped rooms.
Dive school right on the complex.
Everything is within walking distance in a few minutes: 7/11, restaurants, tour desk, etc.
Pool with pool bar and restaurant right on the beach.
Pool is large and overlooks the sea.
Friendly reception staff.
Free pick-up service from the pier if you arrive by ferry.
Cons:
Due to the central location and the parties on the street and beach, it's quite loud at night, with music, bass, and loud partygoers in the complex until late into the night. Therefore, not necessarily a hotel for a family vacation.
Breakfast was the worst we've ever had in Thailand, even in hotels of the same category.
Limited selection, poor presentation, dirty tables, and truly disinterested and unfriendly staff. Better to eat breakfast outside!!!
No shaded loungers on the beach, and too few loungers at the pool overall. With three people, we often only got one or even no loungers.
Conclusion:
If you eat breakfast out and don't mind the noise at night, or if you're partying anyway, this is a good hotel in a central location on Sairee Beach.

GGuest UserA perfect location and lots of friendly staff. In the morning dip in the pool, at lunch sit in the restaurant and enjoy the wonderful view, where the friendly barkeeper BamBam welcomes you. Thank you for your service! See you soon!
ССашаExcellent location. The bungalow is quiet, only the noise of the sea is heard. Bungalow is simple but clean, there is everything necessary. The only thing that lacked the water heater, but we knew that there was no hot water, so we knew what went on. Price/quality ratio 10/10
