Pros: 1. Overall excellent service with a strong service-oriented mindset. 2. The building's night lighting is very distinctive and aesthetically pleasing. 3. Very close to Universal Studios, offering direct views of Universal City. 4. Breakfast is rich and varied, with great views. 5. Full-length mirror + vanity mirror – my wife absolutely loved them. Cons: 1. The front desk is on the 8th floor, which isn't very convenient. 2. The city view twin room doesn't have a bathtub. The shower area is a bit small, and the hottest water setting wasn't very hot (perhaps to prevent scalding). The shower is activated by a push button, with a knob to adjust water volume and temperature. 3. The washbasin design looks great, but in terms of usability, even a 1.6m tall woman finds it a bit too low. The faucet is quite far forward, causing water to splash out when washing one's face. 4. Didn't particularly like the kumquats among the complimentary fruit; they were tart. I suggest the hotel offer fruits that appeal to more people, like apricots, blueberries, grapes, or cherries instead. Also, the first round of minibar items isn't free, which was a bit disappointing. Summary: A recommended hotel for a trip to Universal Studios, though there's room for improvement in the bathroom facilities.

The B&B was spotless and smelled fresh! We arrived quite late that day and didn't get to look around much, but as soon as we walked in, it felt so comfortable. The host stayed up late to help us check in, which was very thoughtful. They also offer a paid airport pick-up service~ ^_^ Getting a taxi to Universal Studios in the morning was super convenient, and the price was great too. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!

This guesthouse is absolutely amazing! It's easy to find, located right near Universal Studios, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. Honestly, it's so much more affordable than the Universal Grand Hotel and offers an excellent experience. The room decor really captures that magical vibe, and the bed is super soft and comfy – one night's sleep completely erased all my fatigue. The front desk service is especially commendable; they are incredibly enthusiastic. We arrived very late, and the young lady was still waiting for us at the entrance, showing genuine concern all the way, which was really touching. She even helped us with our luggage. They also have Universal Studios guides! So comfortable! Five-star rating, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This guesthouse we chose for our Universal Studios trip was absolutely perfect! The location is superb, right next to the subway station, just one stop away from the park. This meant we could sleep in a little the next morning and still easily make it for opening. The room, though not large, was decorated very clean and cozy, with cute movie-themed elements that really set the mood. The host was incredibly thoughtful, not only providing check-in instructions but also proactively sharing tips for express passes. The only minor drawback was being street-facing, so there was a slight sound of the subway passing at night, but it didn't bother us much after a tiring day. Overall, it's an excellent value-for-money choice that perfectly prepared us for a full day of fun. If we go again, we'll definitely stay here!
