Perfect for families and couples who want to enjoy the full universal experience. One can get in and out the studios in special vip lanes avoiding the large crowd including the one hour early pass. We are an elderly couple and we decided to take a break for a rest/nap at lunchtime and joined the crowd again later in the afternoon. Awesome

Overall the stay is great and location is super convenient to enter Universal Studios. The only feedback is no convenient store inside the UBJ.

We stayed for two nights during Halloween and really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are polite and friendly. The location is perfect — it’s so easy to visit the park and return anytime for a rest. The Halloween buffet was excellent.

Great time as usual, that hour before the park gets crazy is so helpful and really let's you knock 2 or 3 rides off your list before you wait an hour to ride another one

The hotel was very fast on check in. We had nice and cozy room for two Hollywood. Breakfast was not included but we paid one morning to spend time with characters wich is coming to breacfast. The most important we got to the park one hours earlier than the normal costumers, because of hotel stay!

Perfect for families — great advantage is the early access to Universal Studios. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent.

Early access 1 hr prior to the park with special entrance is the most useful complimentary of being guest here The room is spacious with nice view and amenities The bed is soft and comfortable

Nice room, complimentary breakfast, an hour early access to universal studio which is a plus point.

1. The room was a bit too small, and it would have been nicer if there were more thematic options. I also wanted a bathroom with a bathtub, but there was no such option available. 2. The staff’s service was not quite satisfactory. They rarely smiled and were not very friendly, which is unexpected for a hotel of this level. Some regulations were also unclear. For example, when walking from the hotel to the City Walk area, why do guests need to go through a bag check (security check) even though they are not entering the theme park? 3. It was also stated that hotel guests can enter the theme park one hour earlier. However, when we actually entered early, only two zones were open—Minion and Harry Potter. This makes the early entry feel pointless, as we are unable to access other areas or enjoy multiple attractions. As a result, staying at the hotel does not seem to provide significant benefits compared to regular visitors.

Great experience staying, visited universal studio at night, early entrance by an hour. The room had all facilities you need, including toothbrush, paste, comb, slippers etc. The service was good even they were busy during China National Day public holiday. The hotel has a gift store too, convenient to last minute shopping. The hotel towels, bed linens and slippers can be purchased on line or from hotel reception. The swimming pool was big and it had a hot tub.

Amazing Hotel!! Always stayed here whenever I visit Universal. Early Access into the park, Very Clean. only negative part is no free hotel parking, very expensive parking.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. Strategically located in connection with Universal Studios Beijing. The hotel is new and very clean. Guests got to enter Universal Studios Beijing one hour before the park opens.
