"2023 I visited this hotel with my mom and a few of my siblings. The location is amazing, the hotel rooms are also very clean and spacious with great stuff and it’s a very quiet space because of this past experience I decided to book my mum for two days in winter 2025. My mum has been sick so the doctor advised her to rest and get some sauna and since the hotel claims to have if we thought it be convenient for her to stay. It’s currently winter in South Africa and yet the were no gowns in the room this really upset me because I am not even in South Africa now I have to call for that request while I’m busy. I am truly disappointed at these two points."
