The apparthotel is a great place to stay. Close to many places for site seeing and shopping. The room was clean and spacious. In case of late arrival the property provides details how to get in and you can complete the check in procedure the next day.

We arrived outside of the check in hours. Therefore, the concierge put the keys in a safe, it wasn’t hard to find nor to open. The room is relatively big and well-equipped. However, a big no for me was that I found blood on the shower room and the toilet’s door. It was disgusting and disbelieving.

Basic but adequate room. Very clean with comfortable bed. Loved it.

Perfect for exploring the city! It's very close to the Capuchin Market. Just a short walk further takes you to the city center. The service was very good, and the room was comfortable.

Counter opened for limited hours only, no hair dryer in room and can't ask counter when we came back,. No air conditioning but only electric fan. Bordeaux is really hot these days. No ventilation and stuffy at corridor. Need to take rubbish bags ourselves to the bins on the street, that is the first time I experienced this. No change of towels even for four nights, charge €5 each if need to change.

Suitable for a 2-3 day stay, but no longer. It's a very basic hotel.

It is close to the station, easy to get there. The small hotel and reception would close after 20:00, you should have asked to hotel for the PIN code In advance, because the door will be closed unless you push. It is better to ask the hotel directly, not via online booking services. Small hotel and minimum amenities that you should understand beforehand, it is just a sleeping place.

The price/performance ratio is very high. It is about one living room and one bedroom. The kitchen is relatively small. The water heater in the bathroom is on the toilet, which is easy to bump into. There is a large supermarket nearby, where you can buy food and sit back. There is no room service. You have to throw away the garbage yourself.

The apartment was spacious for three people. The underground parking was good and the price was reasonable. The staff was very friendly.
