"The staffs at receptions counter are very helpful and polite. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. But at the last night, when I bck to hotel around 9pm and found that room service has forgotten to clean up my room."

"I enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux at this Appart Hotel. I walked there from the train station, it is not far but not close. At the beginning, I wasn't able to find it as it is off the main street, but once I know my way around, it's not bad! There are washers and dryers on-site and you can purchase tokens at the reception. I was told there is a sauna but I didn't have time to check it out. The lady at the reception is friendly, and there are candy bars and ready-to-microwave meals available for purchase. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the room has a microwave, fridge and pots, kitchenware for cooking a light meal. The room and bathroom are a bigger than most hotel bathrooms and bedrooms. The two photos are the nice view from my hotel room."

"The location is close to the boulevards, the CHU and the centre of Bordeaux (Meriadeck), and is mainly equipped with a very practical tram stop near the foot of the residence. L'appartement est grand et bénéficie de plusieurs espaces fermés ( hall d'entrée avec espace salle d'eau-WC / couloir-cuisine/ puis la chambre avec table d'appendicin et placard). Bonne insonorisation. Grand lit. Have only had a professional stay of one night with a late arrival, I have met nobody else than the reception that has been quick and effective. 90 euros: well for a more consistent stay when using all the possibilities of the place."

"Hôtel parfaitement situé,service de bagagerie très très pratique,personnel charmant,au calme malgré la proximité du tramway A revoir la propreté des chambres malheureu*****t,nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits mais la chambre n a pas été nettoyé les draps tout juste tirés avec le lit plus ou moins fait,les toilettes pas nettoyé,la moquette de la chambre pas aspiré et il manquait également une serviette que nous avons dû aller récupérer a l accueil donc a revoir quand même pour un 4 etoiles Sinon au top"

Long parking is not allowed. Self-driving cars have to stop and walk for five minutes in the underground public parking lot of Bordeaux Exchange Square , 25 Euro a night. The hotel has its own restaurant, the front desk and other pictures are quite different from what is provided online. They are actually simple and all self-service. The accommodation only gives a very retro key, which must be handed over to the front desk every time you go out. The elevator in the hotel is very small, the room is small, the bed in the triple room is small, and the bathroom is also small. The room has a double-layered window that can be opened, carpet floor, good hygiene, and complete toiletries. Do not open the windows at night, because outside is a garbage dump, it is very noisy in the middle of the night, and there are always loud noises of loading and unloading. The hotel is close to major attractions on foot, low cost performance, not suitable for parent-child travel."
