"My 4th time in the hotel. Location is great since it is in the center of town. Food is also good but I would prefer more variety for breakfast hot meal. No elevator so difficult for people travelling with big bags. Staff is just friendly and super helpful."

"We were initially given a room without sofa bed, when I read the description I was booking a room with a sofa bed. However the lady in the front- i cannot exactly remember her name but I think it was Tracy, she was very accommodating and moved us to a room with a sofa bed. The sink was blocked and the phone in the room wasn’t working. The whole hotel was dated and needs an upgrade. Breakfast was poor, compared to other holiday inn expresses we have stayed at this one was limited with their items and eggs etc didn’t seem fresh. We were in a small town but even then when you’re staying at a holiday inn you expect certain things to be in order and certain standards unfortunately we felt like this holiday inn wasn’t up to standard."
