The hotel is quite new and boasts a convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the city center's pedestrian street. Parking comes with an additional charge. The ground-floor restaurant, Twodonkey, offers a pleasant atmosphere, and Chinese-speaking staff are available at the front desk. It's also only a 12-minute walk to the trendy Fika bakery/breakfast spot.

The place is really convenient and the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. She took dental kits for us. The view is fantastic.

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and cozy, and the location was fantastic for dining, shopping, and getting around. It was surprisingly quiet with virtually no noise, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Unfortunately, the price for the second night increased significantly, forcing me to switch hotels. Despite that, I would absolutely consider staying here again!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the city center. It's just a 4-minute walk to the Central Station and about 10 minutes to Queen Street. The rooms are spotless, and the breakfast selection is extensive, offering a great variety of dishes – perfect if you have enough time to truly savor it during your visit. My only minor complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

The hotel is newly renovated and looks absolutely stunning. With a bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak, our stay was incredibly comfortable. You can easily find Chinese restaurants nearby to order from, making it ideal for family trips.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby is grand and elegant, the room is spacious and bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a superb view. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation, and all the toiletries are premium brands. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively helping with our luggage and offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a sophisticated and exquisitely prepared Chinese and Western buffet. The gym and swimming pool facilities are new, well-maintained, and were never crowded. The location is also incredibly convenient, within walking distance to the main shopping district and the metro station. It offers superb value for money, and I highly recommend it!

this hotel was one of the best and prettiest hotels ever !!! their staff, service, cleanliness, amenities EVERYTHING was perfect. their pool, sauna and gym and bar was AMAZING providing towels for the pool and gym. the bed was so so comfy. the location was perfect as it was close to many restaurants and others. i would DEFINITELY recommend even if it was for a little date or family vacation. i am so coming back here!!

They gave me a room at premier floor, which is really good. Good view, good pillow, good table, good sofa, with addition of minibar. Just the water heating is quite slow to respond.
