we stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service did not service our room despite us asking again and again

Comfortable.

This was a very nice hotel to stay and had gluten free options for breakfast. Room was clean and pool was good for swimming. Good amneties in the bathroom. Would go again when staying in this area.

The location of InterContinental Hotel is average, there are no shops nearby. The breakfast buffet is not as rich as expected. The hotel seems to be a contract hotel for airlines, with batches of pilots and flight attendants coming and going, which is very lively. The food in the hotel restaurant tastes good and the price is quite affordable. The facilities in the guest rooms are complete, but there is a lingering body odor in the bathroom, which is very annoying, so we only stayed for one day and then moved to the Palladio Hotel in the View Pavilion.

The location of the hotel is very ideal. It is very convenient to go to the Plaza de Mayo, the Rose Palace, the Avenue of July 9 and the Columbus Theater. It is within a 20-minute walk. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is still worth staying here. The hotel also provides free pick-up and drop-off service in a limited area at night, which can take us to the restaurant. After dinner, ask the restaurant to call the hotel, and they will send a car to pick us up. We don’t have to wait for a long time, the car will arrive, and the service is considerate.

The hotel is incredible: cleanliness, service, amenities, and a spa with a large heated pool. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the service of the waitstaff and restaurant is impeccable. I will definitely continue to stay there.

Classic hotel of excellent quality. If I had to offer constructive criticism, I think the TVs are a bit old. The rest is impeccable.

The hotel is located in the old town, not many restaurants or shops around. The hotel is traditionally decorated with an antique feel. The rooms are of a good size, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and varied and tastes good.

Check-in for 13 rooms was very fast, the front desk staff was very nice, one of the Chinese staff was even better.

The toilet in the room is broken and can't be fixed. Please change me to another room.

The room was OK, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was average, not great.

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Plaza de Mayo and its surrounding attractions. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and patient in answering questions. They also have no problem booking a taxi to the airport. The service is in place and I am very satisfied.

The service facilities of five-star hotels are very standardized and the level is stable as always.
