Great location, five minutes' taxi ride to anywhere
Walk to Baffulo Convention Center for 15-20 minutes and buy a cup of coffee on the way back to calm your stomach.
The front desk is very welcoming. Thank you very much for their kindness and help.
Just walk to the center. No need to waste time by taking a subway. Take a taxi and arrive 5 minutes in advance.
You may need to find a parking space when driving. Few people drive🚗
Many people go to see the Great Falls, which is really close to Canada."

"The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great,
my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable!
The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip!
If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

"Overall it's OK, but it really doesn't meet the five-star standard. It's relatively old, the location is good, the service is generally OK, but it doesn't meet the five-star standard. I stayed for 9 days, and the housekeeping sometimes knocked on the door at 9 or 10 in the morning. Fortunately, I was awake. I had to check out today. The housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 o'clock, but I was still asleep. Then I hung a sign at the door saying ”Do Not Disturb”. They knocked on the door again and asked what time to check out, but I had already told the front desk about the delayed check-out. I feel that their links are flawed. Some staff feel that they are enthusiastic and enthusiastic about their work, and they will answer questions in a timely manner, but some do feel that their attitude is casual.
The lobby is well decorated, and the rooms are average."

Great
JJsunflower21$First visit here for the 11 day power play event and it was amazing! The room was very clean and beautiful and all restaurants food were excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had, hotel was amazing for the first time stay and will stay again in the future!

AAnonymous UserBreakfast is too simple. Just some cakes, milk and biscuits and such. Can't expect breakfast here at all.
The room rate is pretty good inside. Clean and upscale, the bathroom has flush faucets in different directions, the toilet seat is insulated, and there is a flushing function. There is also a hot spring on the first floor, which is very comfortable and highly recommended.

GGuest UserHeat in our room wasn't working at 1:30 am. Keith was responsive and although he couldn't get the heat to work, he supplied us with a couple heating towers. We were also given a discount on our final bill due to our inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Also, we waited quite awhile to order our breakfast (Starbucks). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

GGuest UserThe room was tidy and very quiet! Breakfast is paid separately at 7.99. An older waitress serving breakfast has a mediocre attitude, but everything else is good! There are several cash withdrawal places outside the hotel, and it is easy to walk to restaurants outside to eat.

LLEIThe hotel is located in the center of Buffalo, very close to the Civic Center. The hotel is decorated in a classic style. I booked a suite, not including breakfast. The western restaurant on the first floor of the hotel can be ordered by myself. The room is very large, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very much like it! The hotel service is good, the front desk is very welcoming and can store luggage.
