"Overall room condition is okay. The small exhaust fan is necessary for the room without the windows to remove the excessive humidity (suggestion). There are no free parking lots available in the vicinity. Travellers can park their cars at the paid public parking lots at the hourly rate of RM 0.40 (Seberang Perai) using the ”Penang Smart Parking” app."

"I'm booking a studio room though it has a bathtub because it shows in the picture but it is not.. membazir je.. kalau tahu book bilik standard je.. i stay here 2night.. 1st day I arrived, water heater was not functioning and air keruh gila.. macam air lumpur..i got baby with me.. baru nak bagi dia mandi.. call recep, technical datang kata air PBA problem la apa la..n lagi 1 ke 2 jam settle la.. like what? hotel kornag tak ada water tank ke? time tu baru check in pukul 3 then sampai malam air still keruh.. pe benda la hotel ni 2nd night stay here..ok je la.. malas nak expect too much.. balcony takda function pon..tu tempat letak compressor aircond dan tempat burung lepak..ada tahi2 dia.. kettle tu pakai kettle biasa saja la.. no need too fancy.. tak membantu lagi menyuaahkan ada la.. ok tu je.."

"Located around a new area that is going to be developed so almost nothing much to do around the area but very quiet. Luckily the food (scallop pesto pasta) in the hotel is good if you are feeling lazy and they are building a small mall at the GF and 1F so currently there is only Luckin Coffee downstairs. Nearest mall is about 12min drive away but a lively one. Great view of the river from the swimming pool."

"The hotel is ok for business trip. Just the air con compressor a bit noisy, when requested to change the room, the service crew is very nice and able to change the room. The second room no more noise for air con compressor."

"Booked this hotel last minute due to heavy traffic and needing a place to rest overnight in Butterworth. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. While the amenities are limited and the room is quite small, it’s sufficient for a simple sleepover. However, I did notice a small cockroach in the room, which was disappointing. And, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette throughout the hotel, despite the signs/notice indicating it’s a non-smoking hotel."

"Everything is okay except for the connecting door between the rooms. I don't know what the management was thinking when they designed the room in this way. I can still hear people talking from the next room. I don't want to mention other strange sounds."

"Bed is not comfortable as it got sound when lying on it and the bath towel got yellow stain. There is also no free parking in front of the hotel. However, it is easy to find food at surrounding area."

"Generally a good hotel for the cost. However, some things to keep in mind include the fact that there is very little toilet paper provided and the location is not optimal for travellers looking to explore. That being said, it is right by the ferry that leaves for Georgetown every 30 minutes which although is a hassle, makes it a good location if you need to stay in Butterworth but want to explore Georgetown."

"The suite is econimically good for business travelers at Mak Mandin area. Lots of factory is this area. The soundproofing of the room is not so good as you can hear people walking at the corridor at night and can hear door closing sound. Water dispenser is near the lift. Room can accommodate max 6 person but the mattress is a bit small. Toilet is normal. TV is small enough for 2 person. Not much channel but ok. AC is directly blowing to the middle bed. Not bad choice for business travelers. Parking is not much but enough and can park outside. Food restaurant is just nearby for morning and afternoon."

"Hi. It’s a nice hotel but would be better if every room is provided with cloth iron and atleast each floor got water heater to make hot drink. The price is worth with the hotel facilities but better than nothing. Near to my work place so location is just nice."
